Can someone have their preferences or we should be attracted to anyone just because?

Yes

I did, and nobody is saying you're wrong, but it's not the point of OP and it's not even my point. In addition I find at least an exaggeration saying "men do this thing" omitting the little and important word "some". I don't believe most people comment on women appearances just because (outside of a chitchat with friends). The debate is just about the reasons behind some men finding mid or ugly some "conventionally attractive women". The context is out of the scope of this thread.

Regarding your last bit of comment, the whole "heightpill" is true only to an extent. I'm a man and I'm barely 5'4 but I still managed to find a lovely girlfriend that finds me handsome. I think a lot of people gives too much attention to height because of some delusional folks, but it actually doesn't really matter if someone is 5'10 or 6'1, and most people won't even notice the difference because no one goes around with a meter. In addition, the whole concept of "short kings" exists. A lot of …

Actually I agree with you. In my opinion, the blackpill definition of "being attractive" is not just looks, but the whole looks-money-status triad (for men). That's the reason I used "be attractive" and not "be goodlooking".

Bluepill: "Just be yourself". Redpill: "Just have game". Blackpill: "Just be attractive". Purplepill: "Be a little bit of every pill with moderation". In my opinion the most "real" pill is the Purple one because I feel every other pill is too biased and focuses on a single aspect of a really complex subject. Relationships and attraction are not only related to looks, wealth, status, game and personality. It's the whole package that determines one's attractiveness. And subjectivity exists.

In my opinion, TRM 10s and other "mathematically perfect" faces are less attractive than fairly pretty faces with some imperfections. I firmly believe in the possibility of being too much pretty that it turns in being ugly. Imperfections make us humans and in my opinion you're more likely to find yourself liking an imperfect face more than a perfect one because of this. In any case, I think that the average face is likely closer to the 4 in the TRM rating system.

In my opinion, no. I don't believe in "leagues". I've seen a lot of ugly guys with gorgeous girls and vice-versa. I think some of the main reasons ANYONE fail finding someone are: "Soulmate" mindset: soulmates do not exist at all. You'll just find people you get along better. Going for someone that won't define you as "their type": I'm a super easygoing and simple guy and it's unlikely that an "I like cars, expensive clothes and luxury" kind of girl would chase me. But a simple girl would fall i…

You did nothing wrong. It seems you were polite and not clingy or creep. He should learn the difference between being upfront and being rude, and his friends were assholes too.

I felt exactly like you. I can say, I'm not that bad with women at the moment, and I could get laid easily (I even have women texting and flirting without me doing anything), but meh I don't care about sex I prefer a relationship. The point is, do what you feel it's right for you. You don't need to have casual hookups just because all your friends are doing it. Follow your needs and wants.

A woman that just cares about social issues is not a bad woman, it's actually a green flag. But a woman that MAKES HER WHOLE PERSONALITY about social issues and can't even hear someone's else point without shouting things like "you're mansplaining!!!!" is an huge no-go for me, and it's not someone that cares about social issues at all. It's just someone that needs to believe in something in life but in an unhealthy way. In my humble opinion an open mind is the first thing to seek in a person I w…

Try to talk about something that happened to you recently. It could be anything, just keep it cool and fun and if the girl is receptive the conversation will flow and then you can steer the focus on her.

You did the right thing. She was not sober and she couldn't give you consent because of that. You're a 22yo Virgin, but you're a real Man. But you can use this episode to approach her when sober. Try to invite her to your place, maybe joking like "but this time come sober", and joke around about what happened that night. If she gives you hints that she's willing to do that "kiss and fuck" even when sober, then escalate. If the situation gets awkward, just steer the conversation away and do somet…

I would never date a sex worker. Not because I don't respect their job, but I would be too jealous and it would not be fair for both of us. I also would never date a really low quality "nail/makeup artist".

For me, a live concert. But not attending one, PERFORMING one. I'm a guitarist and even if I'm quite shy and introvert I LOVE being on the stage, I love performing in front of others and I love just having fun with the crowd. I'd choose a one hour gig over 10 sex sessions with a beautiful girl.

just be genuine and do it because you want. If you like his eyes, tell him. If you like how he's dressed, tell him. If you like his hair, tell him. It's really easy at it seems.

JUST APPROACH HIM!!! It may seem a cliché, but us men are more straightforward than women. Just talk to him, give a sincere compliment if you want to, have a nice time and if he seems to not like the interaction just say something like "it was fun talking to you, I have to go now, see ya!"

Context is important, but in general she should help you but not in an invasive manner, and she MUST take care of herself too. You should never hide discomfort, pain, feeing down or anything else. If it's your girlfriend, you should be yourself and don't fear anything around her. Just do not stress her too much and do something yourself to feel better too, and be grateful if she helps you.

Cheater will blame you almost always, but you can be the worst partner ever, is not YOUR fault because THEY decided to cheat, instead of ending the relationship. I was victim of cheating. I was doing literally my best, even putting my mental health aside for her, but I found her kissing with another guy (check my comment history if you want the full story). I handled it just by ending the relationship immediately, blocking her and him everywhere, reaching out to my friends and doing EVERYTHING I…

It depends. I call literally everyone (male or female) with cute or wholesome words, so if I do this thing does not seem too much. Just be playful while saying it and it's fine.

What I was trying to say is that height isn't that important in dating. Some girls will have a preference for taller guys, but that doesn't mean that dating will be impossible or THAT harder if you're on the shorter side. My brother (28yo) is 5'2" and picked up a shit ton of girls, even a lot taller than him, before finding a girlfriend and settling (and she's taller than him too LOL) So definitely, height isn't that important.
/r/seduction19/03/22 01:32 AM

well, 5'0" is short, but being a 5'4" man is still below average :(

5'3" here, living in southern Italy. I've been with 2 girls, both were "tall" like me, but taller girls also liked me (my first kiss was with a 6'0" girl lol). So in my experience I can say that it's not that important, it's just a matter of knowing that some girls may have the preference for taller guys. I personally use my features as a filter lmao, even if I'd feel better about myself if I was a little bit taller :') And please, 5'7" guys, stop saying you're "short", because YOU'RE NOT...

I have mainly 3 fears: Fear of annoying someone Fear of public humiliation Fear of being marked as a creep Where I live approaching girls if you're not the clichè guy (short hair, streetwear, interested in stupid stuff like alcohol, cigarettes, cars and money) it's not easy. We have the gossip culture, and everything it's something to judge and mock someone, even if there's nothing wrong. Ooh, I love southern Italy...

Bro at least you had the courage to go out for approaching! It's still a win! No one becomes super confident about doing something just by watching videos on YouTube. You did great. Next time you will actually try to talk to someone, and even if you'll be rejected it will be still a win because you tried. KEEP GOING! Don't be afraid of failure, it's part of the growth. You MUST fail to succeed.

"I have nothing wrong, we just don't match" It's actually just that, at least for me. When you can truly think this way, approaching someone seems super easy. If you don't fail and get rejected a tons of time, you'll never succeed. It's just harder for someone. Keep improving yourself, be WHO THE FUCK YOU WANT TO BE for YOURSELF and not for someone else, just to please them. You'll build confidence this way, and rejection will become something to laugh at. For the "her telling her friends" part,…
