Where Men Win Glory: The Odyssey of Pat Tillman is a great one.

It doesn't have to be a constant drip of books within the self-help genre. These should be diversified among other types and I would recommend historical biographies or novels covering men of consequence and world changing effect. Alexander Hamilton: Ron Chernow Musashi by Eiji Yoshikawa (my favorite of all time) Hero of the Empire: The Boer War, a Daring Escape, and the Making of Winston Churchill

I would add that surfing is a great red pill activity and similar to rock climbing on the relationship it provides you to nature and its elements. When you get really into it the ocean becomes your onetis.

I would suggest that if you do this that you not go to the Caribbean, if your plan is to lie on the beach rubbed down with cocoa butter within a sterile resort setting. Save that trip for being with your wife. If you're going solo pick a destination that will involve adventure and some enlightenment. Where you do not have to accommodate for a women's need for comfort. Cuba, Central America, etc..

Boxing is the quickest means to an end. Knowing basics of footwork, parring and punches will put you way ahead

What are your thoughts on greyskull lp? I started on Stronglifts and stuck to it for about 16 months, then progressed to greyskull with arms plugin and I've been loving it. Seems very similar to the Stronglifts adaptation you detailed with AMRAPs and all. Thanks and good to see another Bay Area dude on here.

And Lunchables are shit for your kids. Full of sodium and processed crap. Paying some attention to this would be good as a leader and father

Follow this advise. The point of studying abroad is learning and engaging with the people and culture of the country you are living in. Forget about the pack of americans you are traveling with. Plus if it's a non English country there is no better way to learn the language then to hang with and bang the local chicks. This from someone who study abroad for a year in Spain.

I would have been pissed, "What in the actual fuck? She gets me riled up and then moves on like it's nothing?!?" But luckily I knew what the deal was. This very much resonates with me. We would get into battle, from which i would steam for hours afterwards whereas she would then go on all peaches and cream as if nothing happened. Sometimes being taken aback why I be so pissed. Women are tempests and maintaining that confident unbreakable frame made a huge difference on my end.

A very similar circumstance to myself. I would often come home from work later then she would and she'd always be upstairs in the bedroom doing whatever. I would always go immediately up to the bedroom to say hi and orbit around. She would never come down herself. One day i got sick of it and stayed down, eventually starting dinner. She finally came down after 20 minutes and gave me a light hearted ribbing, "you never came up to say hi?!". etc.. I just gave her a kiss and kept on making dinner. …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
