Men staring on the journey of life and her trials good sir. I was once there, as were you. I simply see a small breakthrough occuring and wish to reassure those who are where I was a year or so ago.

That's a very positive outlook on the matter. Like I said though, I tend to use it as a more of boot up the ass.

Well when you can't bust a nut personally you are inevitabley forced to seek a different approach. If one has trouble meeting women this may be the kick up the ass needed.

Yes and no. It can force one out and lead to unexpected outcomes, but I get where you're coming from. Although busting a nut after a month of not is quite an experience.

Hit my squat goal of 200Kg. Trying to hit bench goal of 5x100Kg on incline.

30lbs added on squat, 20lbs on bench. We'll see if i can hit 200Kg squat before April.

I do get what you're saying, but meditation is an topic thrown around a lot on here. Rather than some pansy ass yoga rubbish, it's more exploring ones own mind and psyche. I for example was afraid to move out of my parents home, I had to ask myself why? It not like I was a naturally fearful or timid person, one doesn't deadlift 600lbs with an attitude like that. So I came to realise, I never read a good childhood. My teenage years were spent friendless and alone, playing oblivion and WoW for day…

I think coming from Scotland I can offer some insights as to economics and Seattle. Much of your economy runs on slush funds, pensions, schooling, housing, etc. What happens is the money starts to run out, so they increase taxes, the skilled workers fuck off, and the economy collapses. The only reason Scotland has any infrastructure left at all is because it suckles at the teat of the English taxpayer.

Don't bite my head off here but what am I to do? I went from 120lbs to 180lbs, utilising various routines and supplements, I retained one constant, GOMAD, or a gallon of full fat milk a day (I drank 2L but you get the gist). I was never a big eater, in fact I struggle to finish most meals, drinking milk allows me to get my calories up without making me eat until I puke.

OP, there appears to be numerous half truths here. I will speak, having made this mistake, that lifting is indeed useless... On its own. I had made the mistake of constantly saying just 50 more lbs and girls will find me attractive. Untill one day, I'm benching 350, deadlifting 500, and I shit thee not, still a virgin. Yeah sure I was up 60lbs since I started, but I was still the same insecure frightened child I was before. Without application of game and social skills, lifting isn't that useful…

Make no mistake, the black guys on the team are hated by the liberal establishment as much as the whites. They play football so it's safe to assume they are big lads, they also attend classes so it's safe to assume that they are at least fairly intelligent and to pile it on, they dared to defy their supreme liberal overlords. To the "tolerant left" the players are nothing but "yard niggers" or "uncle tom's".

I see the point, however I firmly disagree. I have college, work and the gym to fit into a typical day. This is time I will never get back. It's our most valuable commodity, unlike money we may never earn more. Point is, if it weren't for my rushed nature I'd never be able to fit all of this in.

The key to freeing the young minds is physical. I'll paraphrase Elliot Hulse "when you free your body, your mind will follow" Gat Saad mentioned a study that showed a direct correlation between physical strength and conservatism. Think about it, have you ever met a left leaning guy in the gym, that you aspired to be like?

To quote the late great John F Kennedy "we do these things not because they are easy, but because they are hard." Powerful words indeed. For it is not the destination that makes the man, it is the road he has walked.

Hillary Clinton's rap sheet: Benghazi, whitewater, slick willies shenanigans, defending a child rapist, intimidating her husband victims, taking advantage of people in hati, and gross negligence in handling of classified Intel. Trumps rap sheet: said mean things.

I respectfully disagree. A man being of low SMV does not negate him from seeing what he sees and calling a spade a spade. Probably a lot of the young guys in this sub (myself included) aren't of a high SMV. I will give you this, it is harder to break the conditioning for low status men.

Use the anger. Dorrian did it, I did it, countless other have done it. We have an advantage over the natural alphas, we have that anger driving us forward, giving us tunnel vision. Were they are satisfied with a workout, we strive for more, where they are content we are hungry.

Dorrian Yates used this to train, he embraced the darkness, he embraced the anger. He thought of guys like Kevin Levrone lying on a beach, partying with hot women whilst he trudged through the snow and used this anger and bitter resentment as fuel. Dorian had the best back in bodybuilding period. Without his mental dedication, he never would have achieved this feat.

Speaking from a purely scientific standpoint, no psychology or anecdotal bs. There is an inverse proportion between a women number of sexual partners and the likely hood of a successful marriage, eg the more men a women sleeps with, the shakier any future relationships will be and vice versa.

This Nihilistic trail of thought personally lead me down some dark paths. Not much has gone right in my life, every little thing I have, I fought tooth and nail for, yet I have seen others, from all walks of life, glide effortlessly through. If the rest of my life is like these last 19, I'm not sure I want to see the end. However, I find solace in the here and now, keeping myself occupied untill ai find a better purpose.

Anyone browsing this sub ought to be familiar with the 80:20 paradigm. To have any chance one cannot float around at 50%. Even the top 30% is not good enough. You must aim for the top 20% of men, how you get there is entirely up for you but this is the number where life gets remarkably easier.

Finding motivation and meeting women. I did no-fap for 35 days and got three matches on tinder. Unfortunately none of these amounted to anything. I think I'm more qualified than most to speak here. I had seriously fucked up my knees so squatting was neigh on impossible. You may get a good deadlift, bench and OHP without squatting. However give it two years or so these will stall. Recently my deadlift stalled at 220Kg (485lbs), bench stalled at 130Kg (285lbs) and OHP stalled at 85Kg (185lbs). I'm gonna say this as a bisexual guy. Women are stuck up, period. One shirtless pic on grinder and I can guarantee at least 5 responses within the hour, same pic on tinder? Fucking nothing. The start dates are also different, the two guys I met through grindr were at least 8s, however to even get a fucking response on tinder I had to lower my standards to 5s. That's the difference, we have to work for it. Acquiring more money and power to increase SMV. Using dangerous PEDs to improve our bodys, spending hours in the gym, chugging ghastly shakes to sculpt our bodies. And this can usually only get us so far.

They are taught that they deserve a prince charming, that they are the princes. They are given an entitlement complex that if flipped really sounds stupid. If I told you I deserve to shag Mila Kunis and you asked me why, and I just shrugged and said just because. You can see how stupid this is. But this is what Disney teaches young girls. They are partially to blame for the massive entitlement complex of many women.

Don't trust anybody. People worthy of your trust will undoubtedly prove themselves, you should be able to count those whom you truly trust on one hand. Take everything said, and everyone's actions with a healthy dose of scepticism. If someone offers to help you, stop to think "what do they stand to gain from this" The amount of "nice" people who only seek to advance their own interest and will abandon you at the drop of a hat is astounding.

Glycogen in the muscles before a workout. Maybe not an issue for bodybuilding, but as a powerlifter this is one of the most important aspects. For example I hit the gym today and managed a 200kg deadlift for 3 sets of 2 reps for brekfast I had 2 prices of toast, a glass of milk and a small pot of Greek yogurt. Whereas last Wednesday I stuffed my face and got 3 reps for 2 sets. I was able to squeeze that little bit extra out of my muscles.

Got my father into the gym. Just planned on doing a bit of cardio on the bike and some running. After this he asked about lifting so I got him doing some basics. He had worked as a butcher for 40 years so his forearms are like a bear, with this in mind I got him doing some hammer curls, anyway, three months later his arms have exploded. Nothing to strenuous just some light accessory lifts.

Hello anger my old friend. In all seriousness I will quote homer Simpson "women will like what I tell 'em to like" The women at buzzfeed may not like to admit it, but they would take a Frank Zane or Arnold Schwarzenegger over any of these beta males. Case in point, Emma Watson and her rugby player boyfriend.

Terribly sorry for you and your family's loss. We have lost a friend and member of our community. I think I speak for all of us when I say that our wishes are with you. It is always very painful when we lose a loved one. I fear the day that I may have to bury my brother. I choose to celebrate your brothers life by remembering the advice he gave and the life he lived.

"Your time is the most valuable resource you have." You said it, that is why I'm so damm determined to succeed in life. My time is not worth minimum wage. To me it is worth far, far more. This is why any day of the damm week, I will prioritise academia over the fucking pitance I make at work.

Maybe in America. In the UK and Europe criticising Islam gets one into a massive shitstorm. Tommy Robinson makes accurate criticisms and has arguable read more Into the Qua'arn and the life of Mohammad than most Muslims have. He has been thrown in jail, left for dead by guards, been thrown in jail because he was attacked, been beaten all for exercising his right to freedom of speech. Anjem Choudry has called for the death of, the police, the armed forces, infidels and anyone brave enough to oppo…

The day he dies (or hangs) I will run through he streets naked, in a state of blind euphoria, with tears in my eyes and vigour in my balls I will scream profanities at the top of my lungs for all the world to hear.

All I have is £4200.I am still at home with my parents for the next two years of college. I'm trying to save my money, I will see to the non-essential surgery later. Like I said though, my pecs are all ready large, and my gyno isn't too bad, so my situation isn't as bad as others.

I was, maybe still am (depending on your perspective) an omega male. I was invisible to women as opposed to being noticed but used. I have since taken many a step in improving everything from my life to SMV. It's funny though, from my perspective it seems more plausible that I hit a 405 bench than get laid. Based on this feel free to disregard my advice but, buck up. If you feel you are being treated unfairly you probably are. If you were getting laid regularly and managed to plate a 9 then you …

You lot may wish to look into the standard marshmallow experiment. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanford_marshmallow_experiment My former headmaster told my year group about this in our final year. Wanted this done, but don't have the money for private healthcare. The NHS gave the typical "well... um... huh? Well... see... you don't strictly neeeed surgery" the sugar coated get the fuck out of my office. I dropped to 12% bodyfat and still had gyno. On the bright side though, my ROM in bench press is slightly reduced so hey, silver lining.

I agree with what you're saying but this train of thought treads a very narrow line. I would advise caution when helping others, you want to be seen as a charitable and charismatic philanthropist, however this behaviour is dangerously close to a beta doormat. Know when to say no. I may have limited life experience, what with being a filthy milenial and whatnot. However I have recently seen law 13 in action. Maybe not in the business aspect, but in college. I found that by applying a quid pro quo strategy I was able to coax people into helping me, I olbiviosly return the favour whenever possible. I learned this the hard way in highschool, I offered help freely and seldom saw a return on it.

I found that in highschool I was so low in the food chain reinventing myself was nigh on impossible. I was a maths nerd, about 100lbs soaking wet. I did abandon Catholicism many years ago, I feel like many lessons taugh in the new testament do not hold up to today, possibly due to people changing. Women can only get pregnant once every 9 months topps. Men can impregnate many more women in this time. For women having sex with many men serves no biological purpose. If a man is caple of passing on a lot of genetic material that means he is a genetic winner. Look at any pack animal, dogs, chimps, gorillas, lions etc. There is only one alpha male to a pride.

Now I was a quite reserved kid and was buzzing to go. Finally I had a chance to socialise out with school. As the only one who was 18 they asked me to buy the booze, of course I was more than happy to oblige. So like a good little blue pilled fuck I went into asdas loaded up a basket with the desired drinks. I went outside and gave it to m…

Oh fudge. I realise where I fucked up. I was thinking with my biceps/penis before. My picture was me doing the side chest pose before a competition. I will try the suit method and see if the results change at all.

19 White/Hispanic Scotland. Fucking sucks here, blue pill shit wears me down, having to work part time in retail, having to ride next to DURRR! MANSPREADING idiots. The silver lining is when I get my degree I don't intend to live here anymore, I come tax is crazy high. Also maybe because I am in a smaller area, the women oin tinder are far too picky. Not to brag but I outgun all of the competition, what is the fucking point of women being on there If they don't fucking do anything? Must be purel…

I work in retail (part time around college) I can say from experience that for the most part the men are the easier customers. Have their wallets out ready to pay, willing to help with the packing and don't care about the worthless points cards.

I had no luck in tinder. Shirtless gym rat, nothing special. But I checked out my competition, they had jack on me. Literally no one there had a better body. TLDR; Women are far too fucking picky over the Internet.

I would like to exit monk mode. But I am in a bit of a dilemma. I would like to apply myself 100% to college. If I get a BEng in electrical engineering I should be set. However, If I miss out on life during college, I will kick myself for it.

Don't tell him to wait dude. The opportunity may be gone tommorow, tomorrow Manny may be out of a job and this won't inherently guarantee his job back. Tell him to strike now, while he has the upper hand.

I disagree. For me at least the bro split works best. A day on chest/triceps. A day on legs. A day on back/biceps. A day on chest/triceps/shoulders. A day on biceps. And for strength a day on strongman training (farmers walks, yoke, log press etc.) This is more time consuming. But I found it to yeild the best results. I should clarify. I start each routing with one of the big four for strength. I would recommend this for intermediate lifter like myself. I started on a 5x5 and it was OK. Ok, not …

I knew this first hand. I could not get any girls in highschool, but not for lack of trying, I hit the gym and looked half decent, definitely bigger than my competitors. However by beta as fuck past meant that people had not noticed my transition, and hence still saw me as a beta. When I went to college I instantly received a lot more respect from people.

Yup, don't even have a baby face, my arms are 17 inches, which on my frame looks closer to 19 on a normal guy. Irony is I look more masculine than most of the previous partners.

5'5" Checkin' in. I have certainly encountered many "I don't date little boys" comments, despite being of the same age and quite built. If the person says thanks but no thanks I will cut my losses and move on, no reason to be bitter. However, if there is any malice involved I do enjoy berating comments such as "I don't date women heavier than I am" etc.

I won't keep my mouth shut. I am an asshole by nature. Recently a SJW whom I had the displeasure of attending high school with has been spouting all this nonsense by the guardian. My two cents here. Even though my part time work I retail is degrading and I despair the majority of customers it pays for the gym fees. It has given me a skill however most guys struggle with, talking to an attractive women. I laugh at the outrage that caused. Imagine if guys got that uppity. 5%, animal, mutant, hell even a vanilla brand like maximuscle would go out of business in days. Also as a wee experiment. If you want to get feminists to hate it, try to use a model that looks like danna Lynn bailey. They can't exactly call that kind of women a skinny bitch can they. I just want to see what else they would choose to moan about.

I honestly don't see the attraction. Jerking off to three ways or model looking women I can understand. Realistically most will never get there, like video games it is fun to sometimes fantisize. However, how could any "man" not be enraged by that scerario? It boggles the mind how some men are so whipped anger no longer seems to be a thing.

From a fitness standpoint men look their best with 200ish lbs at <10% bodyfat. Women on the other hand could run a 1mile sprint 5 times a week, eat sensible and maintain <20% bodyfat. Looking good is far more achiveable for women. Let's not forget the inevitable hepatoxicity and joint wear a man would face.

I would argue againt long distance running. During my summer cut I ran 1 mile round a football pitch each day. Lost thoes last few ugly pound of fat. I see it as a safer and more efficiant alternative. Plus as a rule of thumb I set goals as opposed to going by feel. Try to hit a 6 minute mile, then 5:30 then 5.

Just my two cents. Create a tinder profile, DO NOT! for the love of god, use your real facebook profile. This will help you glide under the radar, at least for a little while. I did this, used a fake name, only had bodyshots etc. No way of knowing who I was.

I see this with my poor uncle. He has to pay through the nose for his kids. He was once quite well off, owned some property, ran his own sucsessfull buisness. Then some gold digger comes along and breaks him. She has manipulated his kids to dislike him, she spends the child support on herself, new car, clothes etc. He has to buy the clothes and school supplies for his kids. I'll be completely honest, right now, I simply do not have time for a women. I am an engineering student, army reservist, trainning for a powerlifting comp and trying to scrape by on part time work. In a few years I will most definatelly have time. A usefull peice of advice for teens is know when you are doing too much. No one gets to the top by being a jack of all trades. Focus on the important things for now.

I'll be honest, the SJW crowd aren't too hot anyway when it comes to science. Bs such as: "I eat 2000 calories a day and still put on weight" Or "genders aren't binary" What I'm saying is, as soon as anyone like this starts talking about any kind science I immediately turn off.

Young powelifter here. Thank you. At some point maybe at a 300lb bench and 500lb deadlift I will switch and train for asthetics. I would make an alternative point. While I certainly do not doubt that their is an increased risk of injury, I find that intenseive cardio works better. I run mile long sprints and in the hot summer I can run maybe 5:40 in the cold scottish winter I recently managed about 5:22; a ways to go yet. My point is that I tend to get to the point of puking in hot temperatures, cold seems to negate this effect.
