Trying to help you wrap your head around it: the most important part is that you keep open communication with him about this and of course that he totally knows it's NOT acceptable and he understands your viewpoint. The fact he shared it with you is positive, so you have to keep communication on those sensitive issues going. Also, NOT to justify, but so you could try to understand (not to justify him). In this situation, I think it's more of a 'group thinking' than an 'individual thinking' kind.…

This will be unpopular but let me empathize with you: a close and dear friend divorced and married a person that she wasn't proud of. The guy had good characteristics, just everybody knew she was out of his league. She tried hard, and once married, the guy blundered horribly. Nobody knows what happened, he kind of auto-destroyed himself, started behaving horribly. She stayed put for some time, then the guy started showing signs of cheating, and he finally cheated. She of course left, but in retr…

The main advantage is going through a very defining time together. I think it solidifies the marriage as a team. It's more natural to go through decisions taking the other into account. Also, since resources are usually limited, it forces both to express what's absolutely essential to each in a very intimate way. Going through many 'firsts' together solidifies the couple, versus going through them individually (as it solidifies the individual).

Dating is a great time to go out with someone, explore, being outside and have fun together. Cuddling is a great intimate aspect and it can be enough for some time. For men being physical is a way of bonding, but I believe women make it a much broader (better, emotional/full bonding vs physical only) experience …

Please be safe. I'm assuming he was a normal husband before he started reading that stuff. I didn't comment on your other post, but I see a possibility: he might be watching dominant/submissive porn, and he's having a 'power trip'. Sounds extreme but it happened to a friend. In my friend's case, it all started as her husband was kind of passive and she wanted him to be her leader. He took it as an offense and went kind of extreme. He started wanting her to report everything she did to a huge det…

To be in a good relationship, you both need to heal and improve. This applies to everybody in this planet. His initial reactions are NOT good at all, but they are not that uncommon. He appears as unexperienced to me, so he needs to mature and control his reactions. But as other commenting here, I feel you and your relationship need healing. It's not all bad, just know that some reactions are not healthy at all, and he fearing you hurt yourself is pretty bad. I'm also very sensitive and cannot ha…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
