A small subset of women. Looking at studies/surveys it's less than 5 percent of women. If you are a man that likes to explore your submissive side than this is something you can negotiate with your partner/s and switch. I have students that have found a lot of success in doing so. However, trying to find a women that is naturally and outwardly a dom is going to be difficult. I'd suggest apps like feeld, or joining kink communities.
