If you want a clear picture on what to do from here... you need to start meditating. The deep breathing from meditation will give you more oxygen, and allow your subconscious mind to come into play. If you meditate TWICE A DAY, 10-20 mins each time, for a WHOLE 30 DAYS, believe me. You will start to find your answers. Message me if you need anything.

Headspace does help bro. But another great way is to just sit there, close your eyes, breathe and be silent. The idea is to notice when you have zoned out. Start with just 5 mins.

Hey bro. It sounds like you and I have been dealing with the same problem for a while. This might not even sound related but meditation will 100% help you with this bro. Those thoughts in the back of your head will naturally subside greatly if you do. Let me know if you have any questions about it man

What’s the best way to call a girl out on her attitude without you yourself sounding butthurt?

What’s the name of the book?

How should you actually act in real life scenarios based on these things?

Your solution of cutting out a leg day temporarily sounds the most solid. It’s a shitty trade off because training legs is dope, but you gotta do it man.

Right on. what’s YOUR opinion on the book?
/r/askTRP12/06/18 04:26 PM
2

Yeah for sure, my advice wasn’t geared for PUA enthusiasts, but I do agree with you.
/r/askTRP12/06/18 04:25 PM

What’s your opinion on the book? I’ve heard very mixed things on it.
/r/askTRP12/06/18 06:49 AM

This is decent advice but I would go as far as saying to not even ask questions. Make “open-ended statements.” in the book “models by Manson” he explains the difference between two specific, different scenarios and explanation between the two. Feel free to PM me bro, as I just recently learned this valuable skill and was in the dark not too long ago.

I’d argue my reading comprehension is pretty good. I re-read your comment. I don’t fall under the first category. I fall under the second category. Now what? I’m asking for advice from my fellow TRP enthusiasts.

I was definitely pretty clear.

Hey brother, please take a look at my comment to the other guy.

I mean this as non-cocky as possible. I’ve put in enough work to be considered pretty physically attractive. Meaning I genuinely don’t have to work as hard as before when it comes to in-person game. You sound like you may not have put in as much work into your SMV as you probably could. If you’re high enough SMV, you can get away with lots of things, as you know. Listen to what I’m saying brother. I don’t mean this negatively. I want all of us on TRP to grow together.

This is all true. I still believe that despite it being a hard thing to accomplish, we should still persevere because who knows? We may just become that one subreddit that stands out above all the lazy people that dismiss and ridicule us. Because think about it, those ridiculing people aren’t just coming at us. Their fixed mindsets cause them to do it in every aspect of their lives. Let’s be the change.

Thank you so much for this post. Thank you for clearly spelling out and spoon feeding information about every type of scenario that would happen post-breakup. I'm the type to ask lots of questions as I'm super analytical so this post made a LOT of sense to me.

Yes, there's much work to do, and also yes it does suck, but that's just the way it is. No need to have an emotional reaction to it and get upset, just play the game that life is having us play. Nothing else we can do so let's do it brother.

Withdraw my time and attention even with my LTR? Wouldn't that change the dynamic quite a bit and make things weird? Or is that the point. Lol.

I know I actually forgot to bring my l-theanine pills with me today 😂 that's probably why I'm like this rn lol

Bro THANK YOU that just clicked in my head so well, people love talking about themselves! I always appreciate seeing your comments on this forum bro 👌🏽

Interesting I get what you're saying. Well, I definitely love being with other people and I feel more "present" or in the moment when I am. The only thing is the concept of talking to people I don't already know kind of? Also you're right, I'm trying to quit caffeine for good. Just need to apply even more discipline. Thanks man.

Thank you. How do I work on self esteem? As for improving myself, I make sure I'm constantly busy with either work, school, the gym, or reading books. What else can I do?

Fucckkkk you're so right bro. Username on point. You cant deny that logic. Thanks man I'll really try hard to remember that but sometimes I act like a big bitch, literally haha. It's tough bro it really is. But I'm trying. Thank you
/r/askTRP11/11/17 04:49 PM

I'm not shredded, but I'm not fat either. Can you elaborate on why I should stop powerlifting though? I'm open minded and want to learn
/r/askTRP11/11/17 04:48 PM
1

I understand the point you're making, but how can you say actual substances don't affect your behavior? Caffeine literally changes your neurochemistry temporarily.
/r/askTRP11/11/17 04:48 PM
1

Bro holy fuck. What's hard for us easy for me, and what's hard for me is easy for you. "Don't know what's so hard about this". Thanks for the fucking advice my guy
/r/askTRP11/11/17 04:47 PM

Been lifting 4 years, I have a 1300+ powerlifting total. I love lifting so fucking much bro. Maybe the issue is that I'm 22 and have only dated 2 girls? Lmao. I have limited social experience due to growing up fat and shy. Anyway, so I've already gotten your step of "start by lifting" out of the way. What would you recommend next?

How do I go about developing a healthy dose of cynicism?
/r/askTRP11/11/17 02:23 AM

I read into things way too much bro, maybe it's the caffeine?
/r/askTRP11/11/17 02:23 AM
3

Thank you. So pretty much, just running straight towards the fear then. Head first even. That'll benefit me the most. Damn
/r/askTRP11/11/17 02:23 AM
3

Honestly dude, I'm a competing 93kg powerlifter in USAPL, with a 1300+ total. I've been lifting 4 years. Lifting isn't my problem. I fucking love lifting
/r/askTRP11/11/17 02:22 AM
2

That's true bro. Thank you. It usually takes long to start getting the ball rolling, and that's where a lot of people fall off. Gotta keep trying to untrain my brain's desire for instant gratification haha
/r/askTRP08/11/17 08:24 PM

Damn that lowkey sucks. Is that just how it is? Sorry if my questions are dumb, I just want to learn

I like that, thank you. That's 450 girls lmao

What to do when caught being unfaithful is on the sidebar?
/r/askTRP25/10/17 03:41 PM
1

Gotcha. And what if I'm caught by my LTR and accused of infidelity? (Since there was explicitly agreed upon exclusivity between us)

"Shopping elsewhere on the DL", so pretty much game other women in secret?
/r/askTRP25/10/17 03:05 AM
1

Thanks for the help bro! Appreciate that I can come to this sub for help!
/r/askTRP25/10/17 03:03 AM

Talk to other women even while being in a committed LTR? Or do you mean like gaming other women?
/r/askTRP24/10/17 10:26 PM
1

Care to elaborate why?
/r/askTRP24/10/17 09:59 PM
1

Another valid point and good perspective. Thank you.
/r/askTRP24/10/17 09:59 PM
1

Thank you, you make good points. I'm focusing on enjoying the relationship when I'm in it, and if it ever ends, then I will move on. In the meantime, I'm not looking to cheat. But, do you have any advice for how I can demote my LTR to plate status and get her to be okay with that?
/r/askTRP24/10/17 09:59 PM

Thank you. Believe me, I'm trying to infuse my ethos with TRP's teachings.

I truly have read the sidebar, and I understand WHAT to do to become less insecure; my problem lies mainly in learning how to internalize what I've learned from TRP. Key word: trying. I'm done complaining, now I'm trying to just play the hand I've been dealt.
/r/askTRP24/10/17 09:56 PM
1

You're right. Thank you for giving me the unabridged truth.
/r/askTRP24/10/17 09:54 PM
1

Thank you for being honest as fuck. I have read the sidebar many times. I read TRP and askTRP frequently. I truly want to be 100% fully unplugged. I don't want to live a blue pilled lie, I want to face reality. I'm trying very hard to become less insecure. I engage in many masculine hobbies and skills/talents. I'm successful at powerlifting, playing music, I have good style, etc. So bottom line, I externalize traits that would come off as confident. But INTERNALIZING it is where I severely lack,…

Wow. Thank you so much bro. I just screenshotted that passage. Learn to get comfortable swimming from island to island when the time comes. Also lifting part I got down but definitely need to meditate as I NEVER do
/r/askTRP18/10/17 02:17 AM
1

I've never made an attempt at fucking her as this was our first real conversation outside of saying "hey" at the gym. But I get your point. I guess the only thing would be to wait and see if she just spews her problems onto me from now on?
/r/askTRP05/10/17 10:59 PM
2

Hahahaha
/r/askTRP28/09/17 02:21 AM
2

Thank you. I agree with you that I need to fix my attitude about myself. My biggest problem is that i used to have anger issues growing up, and even though I'm much calmer now, I still have a hard time not wanting to explode when getting shit tested, especially in my LTR. It's super pathetic I know haha, I'm trying to work on maintaining composure but I'm not sure why I still can't fully do it.

What exactly do you mean by "pull" here?
/r/TheRedPill21/07/17 03:59 AM
