4	Woman who called in sick is fired after boss saw her on TV watching football match at the stadium Not a pussy pass denial. Just a strict boss. Boss has every right to do it too. Depends on the office. My current boss allows us to use our sick leaves if we don't feel like coming in for the day so long as we don't have any deadlines or important meetings lined up for that specific day - unless we have someone from the team to cover our asses.
