Small things that I've noticed is making a small talk with anyone at the start of your day (people at the bus stop, etc. especially older folks 60's and older, they love small talks). Look at it as a warm-up to your day when you're looking to meet people or approach women that catches your attention. My conversations tend to be smoother when I've had 'warm-ups.'

I had this problem too. I started doing retail and got way better at talking to people, I figured I can talk about clothes all day and I applied because I can use this to make myself a better convesationalist. Talking to people almost every minute makes you a lot better at it.

You're one of those people who's got this really awkward sense of humor. It may not sound racist to you but it may sound really racist to a lot of people. Were you trying to be funny? It just makes it look like you're trying way too hard and sounding too confident that you would get these people to laugh at your joke. Time to rethink your humor dude.
