As a part of our settlement, I paid her 1/2 of the equity post appraisal thirty days after the divorce was finalized. She is out of the equation.

We were both on sites prior to the actual divorce but after the split. I see zero problem…when a person perceives problems outweighing benefits, make it right. Granted, we did not have children together.
