"Accidentally falsify rape"? And get away from the damage done by their accusation? Can that man stand up again in our society? Accidental.... This is so ridiculous.

I'd have to choose the latter. Being a father to a child that's not yours(biologically) but giving them the attention and care of a biological one is a rare find. It's disheartening to see those trying to be like a real father get mistreated by the system.

Sorry for your loss. A lawyer would be much more helpful to you and go consult one. There are different ramifications as to each case and pretty sure that your lawyer will help you in every step of the way.
