How high is your SMV if I could ask? I had a similar experience in a very homogenous white part of the US (Orange County) and it was a disaster. I was easily several notches below shredded blond surfer guys and it translated into zero attention from women. As I mentioned in the OP I'm a 7 in a normal city.

Not actually true. In my experience in Asia, Indians are extremely anti-Black and racist. East Asians like Scandanavians the most. I've done best in Eastern Europe personally. There's a mythology that Black guys get free pussy everywhere but it's still stigmatized in many parts of the world. Also the rules of SMV don't change.
