1	Attorney destroys the false rape graphic A small correction: in most states, there is no right to a grand-jury indictment, and the US Constitution's guarantee of that right (in the Fifth Amendment) has not been held to apply to state prosecutions. So a case may be brought to court by a prosecutor, rather than by a grand jury.
