Well it’s harder to prove a waiter has accepted a tip than it is to show a clear message exchange. Also, a lot of food franchises do tax tips, some can’t even accept tips. Can’t really report a government official without sufficient evidence and unless you’re in contact with the POTUS himself, I’m afraid it’s impossible. That was something I found great about it and I’m only on chapter 3. I thought the gang must’ve been terrible for John and Abigail on the first game by the way he describes them and how emotionally easy it is for him to hunt his former members down but as it turns out, they were actually like a family which just makes it sad knowing it’s going to end.
