Would you elaborate please? I’m not sure what you’re getting at.

Wow - thanks so much for taking the time to respond to all these points. I know my thoughts were a bit jumbled - but thanks for clarifying a few things. I guess I didn't see it that way - guys, really any partner, don't want to be with a lazy, messy, overweight deadweight. So true and really that is his fear. You're right about doing it for myself and that men are not nearly as scrutinizing as other women! So true! I was getting a bit overwhelmed with what to do. Thanks again for your advice, an…

Thank you for the tip - I totally agree. If weight is out of control, having nails or hair done doesn't really help. I do workout (lifting) but am currently needing to change up my routine. Also love gym clothes! Haha --again, thanks for your advice. And I will definitely let him know that if he desires more done, he may have to help financially. If we ever get to that conversation -- right now I think just doing what I can with what I have at home will help a lot. Thank you!

I did adoreme for about two years and then quit my account because of the low quality. The pricing is way too high imo for what they deliver. Every bra was uncomfortable - and most, if not all, the underwear I have from them are so uncomfortable and dig into me weird - they stay at the bottom of my drawer often unused! I wouldn’t recommend them at all. The only exception was a silky pajama set (black, pink and lacy). I do love that set.

Well, all I can offer is my experience. (F22, M23; dating almost four years). Hopefully it just adds some helpful perspective. I am in a similar pickle.. My boyfriend is in the programming/computer/tech field (clearly I don't know a clue about that world haha). He spends long hours hyper-focused on solving problems, making programs etc. When he comes home I can often feel deflated (as I am super excited to see him) because he's still in "work mode": quiet, focused, sometimes tense. It can hurt s…

Why does he want you to be home before him?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
