In my scenario I have never heard 'emotional abuse' etc up to just few weeks before beginning of divorce (I have started divorce soonish after, so it might have lasted for longer to please wife's hamster and shift more blame to me; you better be careful what you do and start recording). It l9KKs like, she had already researched options for divorce battle. You might be in for a ride.
