She is in a toxic relationship with two other people, and you are in a toxic relationship with her. Your advice to her was to leave those toxic relationships — my advice to you is to do the same. Join several subreddits and have discussions, join a discord, etc. There are billions of people out there who are willing to talk — don’t let the fear of temporary loneliness keep you in a horrible relationship. Much love, brother.

These people have no understanding of biology and how it influences human social and sexual behavior. In every sexual animal, because the females have the highest risk from pregnancy, they bear the greater responsibility for it, and are thus ordained by nature itself to be the gatekeepers of sex and pregnancy. Men have greater drive and power to get resources and protect, and are thus ordained as the gatekeepers of resources and responsible for the safety of their offspring and their mother. Hum…

Affirmative consent is a great sexual standard that should be socially enforced, but not legally. Without video and audio recording every sexual interaction, there is absolutely no way to prove or disprove the giving of verbal or physical consent — and the rule of law is based upon the extent to which someone can provide proof of crime or proof of innocence. There is no way to prove either in this case.

I wholeheartedly agree that not enough sexually active men take their partners’ pleasure seriously. No disagreement there. I just took issue with the original question because it sounded like “Why should women have sex with men?” as if it can’t be fun and pleasurable for them

Because sex is enjoyable for women too, and to say otherwise is to regress into outdated stereotypes about women’s sexuality. That said, although we should not ignore the practical and transactional aspect of relationships and sex, it is also somewhat toxic to only view it in the light of what one has to “gain”.

Anything can be used healthily in moderation, but like alcohol, porn is highly addictive so it’s just easier for me to avoid both. Kudos to the people who can manage it, but I don’t trust myself like that

It’s a two sided phenomenon. Porn is dangerous for the reason that it isn’t realistic, but if more and more men are turning to porn as opposed to reality, we need to investigate what’s wrong with reality. Porn isn’t the disease, but a symptom

Absolutely, I think there’s quite a bit of survey data stating women are unhappier in LTRs the more previous sexual partners they’ve had. I’ve brought this up every time someone claims I’m slut shaming when I say I don’t want a woman who sleeps around

Porn-Induced Erectile Dysfunction is real. It trains the libido to only be aroused by porn, so when they’re with a real woman they can’t get hard without it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
