Any news on the guys? Did they manage to recover at all after losing the scholarships? They say suspended but not outright kicked off the team. If they lost their scholarship, that is financial damages they should be able to take her to court over as well

Seems like the man doesn't want a divorce. I don't understand why though, other than to avoid the accusation against him. If it was a no fault would he be ok?

This is the example I go to as well for that particular major. My son is high functioning with ASD, and most of the therapy workers he has did some sort of sociology courses, if not major in it. Many plan to move into tangential careers related to their work with kids and ASD, so it really is something that can have a very rewarding career and a good living. Just need to plan it out.

Says he has never met the child, which is now 13 years old. But the article didn't explain further how his name got on the certificate in the first place

Old Navy sees that moms generally do more of the clothing shopping for the family. So any chance to try and appeal to them is seen as a plus, even if it was at the cost of fathers. Corporate values only exist if they help business. They cannot be good just to be good. They need the good to generate PR, to justify the cost.

Maybe they just said congrats on having a kid, but she said really quietly "your son is the father..." Parents: "What was that?" Crazy teacher: "I'll get a class of water..." (shifty eyes)

In the USA the rules that say men need to pay child support are still in effect even in cases when they were raped as a minor. So even if she used him in that way, and even if it is statutory rape, and even if she is convincted of the crime, if they had a baby he is still responsible for the child. Though the article said she aborted the baby after child services started to ask around.

That is a sales model, which might make sense. But as a public service, trying to help out addicts there isn't any business case I can to justify it

Sounds like they already have an exchange program for M&W , this is just an extra women's only location. It's like the gym. They don't want men seeing them working out or getting needles, so they need an extra location

My hair isn't like his, and I don't care to ever make it that way. But I just get so angry watching this. Her attitude is the worst, this is classic bully tactics, and if she is an employee then I as a student would want her to have some punishment of some kind for this. Ideally, I would want her to apologize and say what she did wrong. But I highly doubt she would back down on it. Then she could just be fired like normal.

You mention Horrible Bosses as an example, and I agree it does play that card. But the sequel takes it another step further IMO. The same female boss that wanted to force one of the characters to cheat on his wife with her is in the sequel. At the end of the film, she admits to him when he was in the coma (for the last few days) she had sex with him, thereby getting what she wanted. Now imagine if she was a man having sex with a woman in a coma, how much people would excuse this as funny. None w…
