I'm not sure on this. I have one very good female friend that I know I will never sleep with, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to. So maybe just by participating in the friendship, I am lying to myself, which is never good. Also, I've heard it said that it is devaluing as a man to be seen investing time in women that have no interest in sleeping with you. Thoughts on that?

We've all been there bro. The first thing to remember is that our thoughts, and particularly our aims/goals, drastically affect our experience of the world. You are the Hero of your journey and in the Hero's Journey, the brave adventurer MUST face trials. That is how he conquers the unknown, slays the dragon, and brings back knowledge and enlightenment to his people. One of the archetypal trials the Hero always faces is woman as temptress. She represents the material world distracting you from y…

A question for the badasses: what happens when you refuse to avert your gaze from an alpha male? I must admit this is where I always break first. I can hold it for a few seconds, and then I try to shift my gaze very languidly so as not to betray how uncomfortable I feel, but the fact remains I generally break first. Can I expect confrontation, physical or otherwise? Do they generally break if you just commit to it?

Why not both? Be confident in who you are now, and yet constantly seek improvement. If you see yourself as the block of marble and the sculpture, both at the same time, you know you have much to be confident about even if you're not yet the sculpture, because you're simply hidden within the marble.

I largely agree with WOMBAT's post. If you need to study then I say study alone and keep her out of it. If you want to ask her on a date, you need to make your intentions clear, because this screens out girls that arent DTF. If you really don't have time to date then just don't. Your studies are more important.

Girls want to have fun, and a study date is not a fount of opportunities for fun. My concern would be boring the girl more than anything else.

Make sure to eat at least 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass, and eat maintenance calories. No lifting, low protein and caloric deficit are to be avoided for gain retention.

Doesn't matter what we think. What do you think about it? Decide on your non-negotiables and enforce them without second guessing.

Bro, I feel for you because this is something most of us will know, and it's a cancer of the mind that grows as long as you give it attention. But it's self imposed. Remind yourself that you don't have any strong feelings for this particular girl; you just love the thrill of the hunt, the scent of a woman, how soft her skin and lips are etc. All reward systems evolved to make you reproduce. That's what it comes down to. There are an abundance of women that will fulfill this role. Go out now and …

I largely agree with your post and I myself have a personal policy of 'planting seeds' where I may. Mostly I guess this is basic networking, making friends here, some polite small talk there; you never know when and how that seed may bear fruit, but if you never planted it there will certainly be none. However, I do contend that self-sufficiency is vital. I remember, when at my worst, I would go to bed at earlier and earlier hours just because I wanted to shut off. I felt I was trapped inside th…

I would say chances of this happening in the near future are slim, because she has likely put you in the friend box because you haven't made your intentions clear. In the meantime, work on yourself (lifting, studies, self-improvement) and fuck other girls. Be seen out with other girls, and absolutely do not pursue the oneitis. Or if you want to make the very bold move, try your luck with her friend.

Serael is spot on. You're making a mistake pretty much 100% of us here will have made. Put this girl from mind and approach those girls that you catch miring you. You need a be a farmer planting seeds, bro. Plant as many as possible. Some are not gonna make it through the winter, but the more the plant the greater the harvest. And when you bring in that juicy harvest, your next endeavours will inevitably bear more fruit. So far, sounds like you only planted one seed. You probably watered and fed…

You got yourself a plate. Good job, bro. Not sure what else you expect us to say to this.

Certainly during the first interaction I created tingles. I mean, I'm fairly new to TRP but it was mindblowing how well the strategy works, and her reactions were textbook. Asking 'who are you, even? James Bond?'. Asking if I had a GF and begging to know when I wouldn't say. The next time I saw her I was even more aggressive. She was still laughing and blushing, but she seemed more pissed at me. I met her at my dance class and she is NEVER without her older sister, who I assume is her chaperone.…

I did not, unfortunately. Think it might still be an open door but there is a concern of 'honour violence'.

Yeah, this was also a concern. Perhaps one to drop.

Polite notice for the fellow baldies: women really don't care that much. Took me a long time to come to terms with this particular unfixable, but now it's a non-issue. Began to lose my hair at 16. It became impossible to hide at 18 and I had to shave it. I thought I was done. I'm afraid the next part will bore you because you've heard it a million times. However... I spent years isolating myself, certain I was destined for celibacy. I played video games, read comics, jacked off and went to bed u…
