3	Oh just a slide from a presentation in my Psychology class It is. Often police pays more attention to black neighborhoods, but ethnicity doesn't have anything to do with that reasoning. The thought process goes "put more patrols in higher crime areas" and the fact that more blacks live in those areas is irrelevant. That's why nobody teaches that "black people are more violent".
