Any good method to help keeping a diet?Well I train about 1h40 4 days a week mostly freeweights, and I'm lifting about 110 Kg benchpress, 140 Kg deadlift, and 120 Kg in squat. But lately I've been going for more reps and supersets. | /r/askTRP | 03/05/16 02:42 PM
Any good method to help keeping a diet?I think it is clean, very low quantity of sugar, no sodas, no fried food, maybe my carbohidrates intake at night is too high though. I haven' t been counting the calories. | /r/askTRP | 03/05/16 02:29 PM

Any good method to help keeping a diet?well both are correlated, I want to follow the diet to reduce my body fat percentage. Yeah the detail may be poorly redacted. My apologies. | /r/askTRP | 03/05/16 02:25 PM
Where do you get your motivation?I dont want to make excuses, I'm just gonna tell you my story, when I started I was indulgent of myself, very overweight, took poor care of myself, and just until recently I feel confident enough to start going out with the specific goal of meeting women. And after delaying way too much the meeting women part I'm stumbling and struggling now. After starting I've had perhaps 4 or 5 dates that ended miserably. Anyway I've started to take action in this matter certainly my weakest point. | /r/askTRP | 13/02/16 02:08 AM
Where do you get your motivation? Thanks for your comment, It speaks to me in many ways. I never consciously believed that TRP is a bunch of steps to follow in order to get women, but I clearly see that I had those expectations, the hope that it wouldn’t be that hard. Other of your points hits home, as I was writing this post I understood that I'm still craving for female validation and that is giving me a bad time. It's something I have to work on really hard. Again thanks for your advice. I love the fact that there is a place … | /r/askTRP | 13/02/16 01:57 AM
Attention Idiots: The Red Pill is NOT About Self-Improvement. It's Not ABOUT Anything.Yeah that is the spirit of the post I think but the idea could have been expressed in a clearer way. Op missed the mark with the tone of the post. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/01/16 02:14 PM
Attention Idiots: The Red Pill is NOT About Self-Improvement. It's Not ABOUT Anything.I can't stop thinking that perhaps something is getting left out in the toolbox analogy. The way I understand it all the red pill tools are more effective and natural under certain worldview. It could even be said that the awakening to that worldview is one of the more valuable chunks of knowledge that can be found lying around here. For sure one can make the argument that said worldview is also part of the red pill toolbox although in my opinion it is its own different thing. | 4 | A contention to "Lift": Fight. In my experience the kinds of dancing that require strong leading from the male (like salsa) can be great helping you becoming more dominant and direct when treating women. When leading you have to be strong and firm yet delicate keeping your partner in line so dancing can be a good start to build that state of mind. If you're already there I guess you can always meet some girls and the exercise is good too but obviously is mainly cardio. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/07/15 07:15 PM
[Serious] I went searching for some dating advice. I stumbled upon this subreddit and oddly, i feel overall there seems to be a lot of anger towards women. Why?You should read first the side bar material and understand it before making any post | /r/TheRedPill | 24/12/14 04:59 AM
