I’m glad you pointed this out. I also shifted from running here for advice on my shit to sitting down alone and thinking about it and what I want to do. Although I love to read so I just came here for that suggestion. I read all the sidebar books but it was a while ago and a very different time. I guess given my current state I wanted a suggestion of maybe Re reading or reading a new one to keep me on track
