Women are not a means to an end, they have inherent value. Women are human beings.

prior to the1960's woman often went to college to find a husband. perhaps you haven't notice but in today's society it takes 2 incomes to provide, especially when you have children. women do not "screw up everything". and when you conceive, carry, birth, raise and establish a mother/child relationship is when you will be able to provide insight on what knowledge is gained and how it may apply in an academic setting.

can you explain that where the man has a bachelors degree the marriage will last longer? do men with bachelors degree work more years than those without? do men work harder to prevent divorce? isn't a healthy marriage likely to last longer than an unhealthy one? sounds to me like you are trying to dismiss that educated couples have a higher chance of staying together because they have better coping and communication skills.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
