I don't like video calls. I would figure out what they are looking for before meeting them.

I don't understand this black and white thinking. If I don't really know a guy, maybe i won't want to spend two hours eating with him. Meeting for something simple like coffee is an easy way to chat in person and decide if you vibe enough to THEN go on a real date.

I met a very famous singer's ex-husband on there. He was a great guy. He always paid for me to get an uber to him and any meal we ate. He was fun to hang out with.

They did the same thing with the live version of Beauty and the Beast. The dad was a chubby short goofball inventor in the cartoon but they made him so big, tall, and serious.

I was very disappointed this goofy funny version of her father wasn't in the live action remake.

What makes so many women so fixated on marriage? Even when I was in the 6th grade I remember thinking I wasn't going to get married until I was at least 30. I wanted to see the world, etc. It seemed like the least important part of adult life. I could never understand women who were focused on that.

It's sad how men use porn but also look down on women who participate in it. Pretty massive hypocrisy.

How sad that there are men who think this way.

I once heard a similar sentiment: "if someone likes you, you will know it. If they don't, you'll be confused." I wish I had read that ten years ago! Really hit the nail on the head.

It's classist to look down on someone or call them a loser because of their financial status, which is what I was referring to. Date whoever you want but if you think they are a loser because they have less than you, then you are the loser.

You should watch her documentary on Netflix. It gives a lot of insight about what you're asking and is really well done.

Not a deal-breaker for me. I would consider a lot of other factors about his life and situation before writing him off. A guy could have his own place but be knee-deep in debt and you wouldn't know it. He could be sharing a place because he's saving to a buy a house, or maybe he just likes having company because he grew up in a big family and is used to it. There are so many factors. I try not to throw blanket judgements on people like that. The tone of this post in the comments honestly seem pr…

My thoughts too. Plus, there are times where I waited because I wanted something more "real," but now look back and wished I had just fucked the guy because it would have been good...even if it didn't turn into a relationship. I guess it depends on how sensitive a person is about sex.

Sexism is the reason men have this attitude. Our society treats women's interests as inherently inferior. Make up and fashion are treated like shallow nonsense, but sports seems to be perfectly okay.

I hate when people refer to women as "females".

That's how I interpreted it too. Men will convince a woman she *has to* do some xyz sexual activity because he did something "nice" for her.

Megan Fox has pale skin though. Also, it sounds like you focus a lot on superficial things like appearance. Doesn't sound like a recipe for finding someone long lasting.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
