Get a book called Deskbound By Kelly Starrett and get to work. Also invest in a True Stretch machine and fix your hamstrings. They are creating your back pain. Them hammies are like grilled cheese sammiches with all that sitting.

I 100% disagree with this statement. Women take no interest in motorcycles. I've done what you have and now ride on racetracks (not as a racer but hobby). I'm not the fastest but I'm pretty fucking fast and have a very nice bike that puts 195HP to the wheel. I can tell you that women give absolutely zero shits and maybe ask a few questions. Beyond that no one cares. Youre not cool you're not a man you're just viewed as an idiot by society. Don't get me wrong it's a cool hobby and I love riding -…

I had really bad acne from teenage til 23 when I took the plunge and did accutane. Night and day quality of life and confidence. There are risks so make the decision and careful of the fear mongering stories out there when you research. After it was done I use a product called BioOil. It's at Walmart. Makes skin look way better and I use it to avoid any drastic aging on my face. It does wonders for stretch marks from lifting too.

Pro bodybuilder here. The kcal are dangerously low - returning back to maintenance kcal will be a task. Fat burners aren't very effective - they're more effective at keeping weight off. Aim for 1lb of weight loss per week for health reasons. Check out Layne Nortons Avatar System to help teach macro tracking rather than this prescriptive diet. This diet is Keto and will leave you feeling lethargic and unhappy.

You are referring to the thermic effect of food. That is, how much of the energy that I consumed does my body spend digesting source of energy. Protein has a thermic effect of 35% or so. This means if I eat 100kcal worth of protein, I expend 35 calories of it digesting it. Carbs CAN have 30% thermic effect if they are complex enough. The key is also fiber content. I think you should change your thought to better and worse carbs. Eating 500 carbs for a large athlete all in sweet potato and rice (…

The simple amount of horrible information here just shows the sad sack of people here taking their know it all ego from the made up woman world and tries to apply it to nutrition. Source: pro-bodybuilder.
