Better, I actually just want a “buff” men’s only section so my “slim” self, doesn’t feel even more slim than usual. Tbo It’s an actual thing that keeps me from going to the gym. Gym bros only section. Lol

The world does seem at times seem very hurtful and overwhelmingly uncaring. However in gentle kindness we must be the examples of caring even sometimes when we’re hurt?

Your words say exactly my points, however we cant stop others from using “the words” TM. The best we can do is shift the focus to the facts that TM is trauma related and where does trauma develop and where is our responsibility as a whole in it.

In gentle kindness, just try and remove the very words of TM is a probability less likely. It’s impossible if unlikely to control the other person from using it. The best we can do is therefor change ourselves and not use it, or not engage, or reframe it by shifting the focus away from the subject “a human being” being toxic to the question ‘why is’ “a human being” toxic ie harmful. In gentle kindness, I’ve been reflecting on TM and my own feelings towards its use for some years now, so I feel passionate that it needs some positive reframing in order to help us find solutions instead of devices. Just telling someone ‘to not be’ or ‘don’t do’ from anyone self respecting should know that’s not how humans work. Hard lines or heavy handedness of words rarely ever work because they fail to see their own irony or hypocrisy.
