Surely you can grasp the incredibly simple comparison I'm making.

No. I'm not arguing the point that because someone choose to be pregnant, it somehow makes them not deserving of courtesy. That is the literal point that he made.

I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy in claiming that something being a choice makes it not worthy of respect, while simultaneously obsessing over the military.

I'm referring to how, much like pregnancy, joining the military is a choice. But something being a choice doesn't discredit it from deserving respect.

Yes and people choose to join the military, but I'm sure most people in this sub freaked out when the football man kneeled.

People have and they have allowed it. So don't try to bring up double standards if you know nothing about them.

My first reaction was about women because I am stating how this sub loves to see women hurt even if it is not justified. Hence why I say that if this had been man on man no one would have supported the guy. I still haven't seen any justification as to why the dude's reaction to the slap was proper.

I don't go on to justice subs, yes. The only reason I am here is because it was on r/all. Calling me sexist because I'm defending so one who got unjustly beaten is a really bad argument. As I said in my original comment, even if this was man on man the guy would still be out of line. I'm not justifying the woman because of her gender. He was not fully justified. Justified would have been a light slap back. That is clearly not what he did. I never called this a woman-hating sub but I'm glad you h…

Nobody takes feminism seriously because one guy beat up a woman after she slapped him?

Once again, I am not someone who celebrates that and I never mentioned it. I don't see why you keep bringing it up. Instead of trying to relate it to other things, can you explain to me why the dude's reaction in this video was justified?

I don't get all hyped up and excited for bully beat downs but either way, this was not one of them. I don't see how you could justify this as being a fair reaction.

Yeah but that was way more than the necessary force.

You guys are becoming a little delusional. You are all so obsessed with seeing women punched that you can't recognize when the man is clearly in the wrong. Even if this was man on man the dude was way out of line. She gave him a tiny slap and he punched her multiple times in the face and then choke-slammed her on to the floor.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
