Well said. Not to mention the fact that when a man is accused of rape, it is acceptable for society to immediately make jokes about him getting raped in prison, which definitely does happen. So if a guy person goes to prison because of a false accusation and then gets raped, well that's just horrible but I would'nt doubt it has happened on occasion.

i feel like one could flat-out explicitly ask another person for casual sex, and it would not be "harassment" unless the person said "no" and asked not to discuss the topic again. If someone is friendly or flirty, and the other person gives no indication that the attention is unwanted, then goes and reports that they are being "harassed", i feel like that is really passive-aggressive and just a plain lie.

I agree sometimes it is the government's job to protect people who's rights are being abused. When women are not allowed to vote, that is a problem and the government needs to be amended to be allowed to vote. but those changes come from the citizens demanding change in the government, not from the government autonomously deciding to make those changes.
