They kinda do. They get "cat called" very regularly in the city. But cat calling as they define it is a lot of the things the community defines as "approaching." Like one of my partners says they come and touch her tattoo (it's on her chest) and say "oh that's nice." Or they generally get in her space. Awesome for working on beating the approach anxiety. I'm pretty sure directly complimenting their appearance gets you negative points because it puts them on the pedestal right away.
