You wouldn't believe how much progress that is over 5 years ago. Tbh I wouldn't count reddit comments as any indicator of anything. The vast majority of redditors are blundering idiots. What I mean by "progress" is "This country previously had 0 DV shelters for men and now it has 9" or "College had 30% men now it has 34%" and such.

But there are dozens of guys in the comments talking as if they've all seen/experienced this. They're not saying "never happened to me!". People know it happens. "Rarity" or not could even be irrelevant here, fact of the matter is that women do do this and men do not.

Ah okay, I guess that kind of makes sense. Glad that we could iron this out instead of having a pissfight. I also don't see women going into men's bathrooms all willy-nilly either Weird. It's a completely "standard" thing. Just look at this thread from a few weeks ago. https://www.reddit.com/r/AskMen/comments/fbq53s/how_would_you_feel_about_a_woman_coming_into_the/

It is a PPD, though, isn't it? She assumed that as a woman, laws of bathrooms don't apply to her. How often do you see men go into the women's bathroom without a care in the world? Concerts, clubs, etc.

There's no way that's a bot. What logic is it built on? I thought it was one of the users that pretends to be a bot.

I like it. But some of the stuff on that site is pretty ridiculous. There's an article pissy about the "Women for _____" shirts. Lol. Those are not sexist or rude to men in any way. You don't see "Men for Trump" shirt because "Men" is considered be a very wide brush and a very heterogeneous mix. You see "Latinos for Trump" and "Blacks for Trump" and such shirts because they are trying to show smaller cohorts supporting a certain group.

I removed myself from an incel sub before Which sub? And why were you even there to begin with? Not being rude, just curious.

This is .. quite disturbing. I googled his name and I see NO major publication even addressing this. It's only Daily Caller and other smaller ones.

Yeah - that's why getting a # during a cold approach doesn't mean much. Most of the time she's giving it you because it'll end the conversation.

Her: Well I'm not connected to wi-fi right now... Me: That's okay. What's your number? I'll just text you later. Her: [number] Was this a shit-test? Or was she genuinely not interested in you and had exhausted the 1-excuse she had at the ready? Can't figure this out. Why would she make up the "no wifi" line and then end up giving you the number anyway?

I'm sorry this happened to you. We can't undo what's occured, but honestly the rule of thumb I live by now is to make sure my phone is always charged and on my person. Whenever I feel a situation getting heated, I secretly set a video to record. It's a sad reality but it's what is necessary.

That's the one! Thank you! That's what I love about this sub, everyone is so united and helpful.

I agree with you. I just noticed this sub a few moments ago and most of the posts are about reporting the sad events happening rather than true progress. Progress is rare. And the world is still incredibly sexist and biased towards men. Adding this sub to your post history is considered "bad" for some reason. People see you here and assume you're a misogynist or incel or Trump supporter or some other generic insult. It's ridiculous.

I would just confront them by that point.

Instead of top comment why dont we get together and appeal to courthouses and the government? Mens issues are ranted about on the internet and not actioned upon in real life. That must change!

That's the problem with men who call out sexism against men - we're too lazy. When women want to band together and fight they make it obvious. All we do is post on this sub or r/pussypassdenied and cry about shit. We need to take stronger action.

Guys - don't just post this on reddit and get mad about it. Let's take some action. Let's head over to this hotel's Facebook page and spam the video with why it's wrong. Make a fake profile if you need. Troll their CEO's profile. His LinkedIn. Whatever. Just...do SOMETHING.

Getting angry in the comments doesn't do shit. This video looks like it was posted recently - are there any real actions we can take to help this guy out? Was there a news story written about this?
