While it's true that living as a coward does allow you to live a much safer, decent life, it's also true that risks can bring along greater rewards. In my opinion it's just a matter of preference. That along with the negative view attached to cowardice and fear in general, especially when men feel that way, can lead to some... Unfortunate circumstances of disrespect.

It's always been either rice or stir-fried noodles with a meat dish and a vegetable dish. And a shit load of water because of how hot it is where I live. I don't really make up a diet, I just keep the portions small, because I'm just thankful to have food on the plate.
