Just how many women who you go on dates with mention they've been raped exactly? Legitimately curious. An answer in terms of % would be helpful.

I looked through the thread and for the most parts, the highly upvoted comments seem pretty reasonable. Are you sure you aren't just looking for a reason to be offended?

You do realize that most of what you are talking about is conspiracy and not actually provable, right? I mean, if you fundamentally don't believe the government or official statistics, there's very little evidence out there that's going to convince you otherwise.

Serious question: have you been to university? The motivation behind the Fed printing money is due to creating a positive velocity of money. This does to some extent creating inflation, but much less than you'd think. They have been buying $80bn dollars a month worth of mortgage bonds over the past couple months with operation twist, yet inflation hasn't gone above 2%. That should signal that inflation isn't as bad as a problem. What is a much bigger potential problem is deflation- which hurts e…

First of all, Obama doesn't print money. The head of the Federal Reserve does. Though personally I support the actions of the Fed thus far. On the second point, I also supported the war in Afghanistan, as did many Americans. Iraq however, less so. As for the present, more than 60% of Americans believe that further military action against ISIS by the US government is necessary. Lots of Americans also believes ISIS has terrorists in the country. http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/08/politics/cnn-poll-isis…

If you could actually post some evidence that would be great. Your ideas are pretty unfalsifiable- and FWIW, I think Obama's ideas have been pretty good thus far. Mitt Romney also had some good ideas as well. It's awfully poor attitude to just be like "fuck everything". If you don't take an interest in politics and actively try to shape what kind of administration you want, then you have very little grounds to complain. And we had quite a few good presidents. Bill Clinton is the last one I can r…

i somewhat agree, but in the short term government is here to stay. you should at the very least vote for the person you detest the least.

0 evidence cited, still speaking in generalities people change their minds all the time friend. just because you won't doesn't preclude the possibility of it happening to someone else. especially where im come (northeast) people are usually pretty bundled up, hard to get a sense of dem asthetics

There are many instances where I think women can change their mind about having sex with a guy- assuming she does not think he's attractive- such as but not limited to: finding out he's rich (really not super uncommon; TRP talks about betabux all the time; being a millionaire in 2015 is not uncommon either) finding out he's packing a huge dick obtaining favors from the guy under the influence lack of other options (rare) actually liking his personality it might shock you to know, but there are a…

That's not at all what I'm trying to say, although you can't keep pointing to the subconscious boogey man for all sources of justification. My point is most people develop in the first few seconds of meeting someone whether or not they are attractive, but it would be incredibly ignorant to assume a fixed role henceforth just by a first impression alone.

It was never my point to argue against that. I am all for being direct. I'm pretty sure all humans are and that there are 0 disagreements about it. Getting to be a circlejerk at this point.

Did not imply that at all. What I did say was that OPs logic was reductive. eg. a woman thinks: Oh he's fugly, not sleeping with him then she finds out he's a multi millionaire lol nvm People change their minds all the time, for right and wrong reasons. It is dumb to think people have reached a conclusion 100% after having only glanced at you.

This is not the point I am trying to make. My point is that there is a great deal of projecting going on. Citing "subconciously thoughts" is not a falsifiable idea, and impossible to prove scientifically. On a practical level, it seems far too presumptuous to think people reach judgements that quickly.

Point taken- On a subconcious level, that might be true. Still, such a black or white interpretation seems pretty unrealistic.

I know we're in TRP, but that's a little demeaning to women. I mean, do you look at a woman (or another human being for that matter) and make a clear cut, binary decision between "fuck material" and "orbiter"? If so, that's really sad. Women can be frustrating, but I think this is a way simplistic view of how women view guys. This reductive thinking seems a little blue pilled tbh.
