I see. That makes a lot of sense. Also, can an accusation not proven true be presumed false? After all, accused persons are innocent until proven guilty. And in order to presume the accused innocent, you must presume the accuser to be lying until proven honest.

Um... An accusation is either true or false. The accused is either guilty or innocent. The accuser is lying or telling the truth. How can there be a third category for accusations?

LOL Christine Blasey Ford vs Brett Kavanaugh offers several textbook examples of the 10 red flags. Ford went straight to the media, timed her accusation to coincide with Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court, Kavanaugh unequivocally denied everything, and witnesses didn’t corroborate.
