| 1 | BBC News - UK "Equalities" Minster says boys should be made to play with dolls so that more men go into "care work". Oddly enough, no calls for more women in sewer maintenance, refuse collection or construction. If I were an old man and I wanted someone to take care of me I would prefer it were a woman. | /r/MensRights | 14/01/15 06:37 AM |

Oddly enough, no calls for more women in sewer maintenance, refuse collection or construction. This is bullshit because men care just as much about children and babies as women do but women do not trust men around children and babies because men are considered less caring. The minister is just reinforcing the stereotype by saying that because men don't want to play with dolls that they obviously care less about children and babies. | /r/MensRights | 14/01/15 06:29 AM |
| 1 | Cops Say Nothing Happened at UVA Frat Accused of Gang Rape, But Who Really Cares? The cops didn't say "nothing happened". They said there was "insufficient evidence". That's not the same thing. In fact, the fraternity coming out and saying the incident "opened all of our eyes to the problem of sexual assault" seems to suggest that something did happen and they were apologizing for it. Leave it at that. There's nothing for people in this subreddit to get angry about. | /r/MensRights | 13/01/15 10:09 AM |
