ITT: People who don't understand a joke.

Right, but there is a difference between a frisk search and a strip searched. Are you arguing that the judge misclassified this frisk search as a strip search? You can't possibly determine that by this article alone. A 'tight-fitting sweater with a zipper' can be so much. Besides where does the line go anyway? Sweater? Pants? Underwear? Who would know this better than a judge? Or are you arguing that the police should be allowed to strip search anyone they stop at a traffic stop? Because that go…

I actually read the whole article, not just the headline. Did you read this part too? D’Andrade was wearing black tights under knee-high boots, and a tight-fitting sweater, which McClinchey unzipped all the way down, disconnecting it at the bottom. She had assumed, wrongly, that there was a shirt underneath, and it took “several moments” to zip it back up, because it snagged. A sweater is not a jacket. Again, why would you remove someones sweater when you have stopped them for a DUI?

a judge found this roadside strip search violated Krystina D’Andrade’s constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches. Not a mra issue at all. Why strip search anyone for DUI? This is a pure police fuck up, and nothing else

My point still stands, but it seems you're being ignorant of purpose, so I'll just leave it at that.

Completely missing the point, so let me try again... You should be happy that as a guy you will have a stronger physique than women and be naturally doped with testosterone. Not bitch about the expectations that it might have.

So what? I could probably lift 40-50kg a hundred times a day, but I would be completely exhausted afterwards. If I then were to work in a company where half of the workforce were body builders who lift that easily, I would only be natural to let the lifting up to them, and then I would compensate back by doing other tasks that would suit my skills better.

Sorry, but if you at 18 years old have "shit knees like everything else about your body", you probably weren't suited for a job that requires 100+ lifts a day.

Fuck sake, this is so dumb. The average man is stronger than like 99% of women. When you're working for a company, you're all on the same team, and therefore you divide the group tasks to whoever is most suited for it. Are you a human calculator, and have a degree in accounting? Ok, you can do our books. Are you born leader, with a degree in organisational management? You can be our manager. Are you a fresh young 18 year old that is stronger than me? Cool, could you help me lift this for me? Thi…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
