I don't mind being banned. I was banned from multiple subreddits, but it's always because I broke a rule (either knowingly or not). This one was without reason and I was basically ignored when I asked why. It just pissed me off based on principle.

It doesn't make men or boys give up anything, but rather it encourages them to be activists for women. That's not the same. And it does still ignore their problems overall because it focuses on women's issues instead, so we aren't wrong in saying so.

Sometimes people make stuff up Hence why I think both identities should be protected. I don't think any victim (rape, in particular) should have their name thrown out there like it currently is. I also think that the accused has the exact same rights. No one should have the accusation made public because people lie.

I don't agree with that at all. A friend of mine was raped two weeks ago and the school sent out a campus wide email about it. TWICE. I understand the argument that you should keep the accused's name hidden, but you should also keep the victim's name hidden. I think, in certain sensitive cases like this, that there should be less transparency all around. Even go as far as having Roe v Doe or some such on the court case. Agreed. One, the victim is oblivious because they're asleep. This one is brutal because the victim is cowering. This ad is less severe (in terms of one act of violence), but more brutal (in that it is psychologically damaging).

A surprising amount of times it has worked when I just call her stupid afterwards. I don't mean it in a playful way either. I ask how she's able to tie her shoes when she's that stupid. I've gotten so many closes this way, but I've also had a few girls that can't take a joke get up and leave.
