Nah this is happening. It was bad when I was your age but memetics have made it worse. When I was your age women would use man hating Twitter hashtag. Now we're in the age of more individual commentary so people recite full arguments, phrases, etc. People often channel emotion through the words of others they relate to. I feel like that would fall under the "unconfirmed" sort of area. In investigations for these there's 3 categories (I forget the exact name, forgive me). 1 for accused and true, another for accused and false, and the other for an accused but not enough evidence for a ruling. Pretty typical of Brother's stuff frankly. They'll do stuff about "what not to do on dates" all targeting men as the perpetrators and "how to kiss" (again only men are in the wrong). My favorite is when they do comparisons of biology. They'll build up all of women's advantages but when they list an advantage men have they'll pepper in a "but really we're all the same and women can be just as good!" Kind of message.

Well.. if by "small percentage" you mean approximately half. Believe I remember finding the statistic that about half of men enjoy fantasizing about being dominated by a woman. Though there's a difference in what one fantasized about and what one actually fancies I believe the "small percentage" you're noting here...is maybe not as small as you are thinking.

I think the default "feminism is equal rights for both" is usually just lazy logic...because that's the same thing that egamitarians say they're for...well...it's also the same thing a lot of ideologies say they are for. Frankly disappointed they didn't get a better representative for the pro "boy" side. Now that I think about it I've seen these types of ads all over my city too and it's usually a message toward men to step in. I suppose I have to give partial credit for the one I saw asking women to step in for women as well...feel like that move kinda misses the criticism though...like they went out of the way to make another style of the same poster probably thinking "we should be inclusive!" and then like...leave out the men still.
