I used to watch the Young Turks pretty religiously, but I couldn't put up with their hypocrisy. They go on about the ridiculous antics of republicans and conservatives, while on the other hand saying some pretty backwards ass stuff. At least that's the case with Cenk, I feel sorry for Ana because she's at least trying to be a journalist.

As long as it isn't seen to be a competition between each gender, and their respective movement organisations, then of course a common ground can be reached. Men have legitimate concerns, such as inequality in divorce court proceedings, Women have concerns such as political disruption of their reproductive rights. The idea that male and female issues cannot seemingly live side by side, that there are valid concerns for both genders. That any sort of Male Rights problem is an attempt to subvert and contest Feminism, as if it's some sort of goddamn competition to see who is oppressed more.
