2	The Book that Helped Me the Most Wasn't Even About Pickup. Start seeing your desires as part of your higher purpose, and not part of trying to be better than someone else. When you realize that you only get back from the universe what you put out, you automatically "give value" and come from a state of abundance and not neediness. Confidence is automatic when you remain in the present moment, since to me the opposite of confidence would be doubt, and doubt is typically the result of a made up story in your mind.
