Should be noted that Trump's "plan" for maternity leave is far more discriminatory than Clinton's, which includes fathers and gay couples.

Ok, the girl's a brat, but doesn't this article go too far? Internet public shaming is found to have traumatic effects on people, and I don't think it serves any one's best interests.

This article is completely inaccurate anyway. I love how the author tries to portray her as a nazi and a marxist at the same time. ok. Didn't realize working as a sound technician, part-time, for less than a year, at a company with no formal ties to the nazi party, during the nazi occupation of france, makes one a nazi. Also, a misogynist? Seriously? There is no way this person actually read the Second Sex, or passed high school english. The book is entirely about her disgust at the very notion …

I'm a columbia university student, and I gotta say, I've actually been pretty impressed with the response of the students to this graffiti. Even some of my most feminist friends were appalled by these actions. As for the actions of bwog, its not really too big an injustice, although i see where you are coming from, but after all its a student-run blog, not a paid newspaper job. PS. This is one of the most upvoted comments on the thread. Trust me, guys at columbia are not taking this witch hunt l…

I can think of a lot of holes in all of these arguments. Seriously... size of electorate does not equal 'political power' in the United States... party systems, historical institutions/bureaucracies, and perceptions of what constitutes leadership are much more relevant. Now, while a vast majority of political figures are in fact men, a more nuanced definition of 'political power' would look at feminist lobbies and NGO's affecting policy. This is all just to say its stupid to make such oversimpli…
