Given the original context that I was responding to was that ‘men can’t be oppressed’.... I think I like my argument just fine. Sorry (but not really) that it triggered you and didn’t fit your view of the alternate context you were trying interject.

I’m not saying anyone ‘had it worse’, but yes men are/were placed in labor camps because they are men. Both in/outside of the context of the holocaust.

While being jewish was a part if it, Hitler needed labor camps to get things built. He gassed the weak, women and children, then further exploited the men with forced labor (because they were men). If you think that their being men had no part in it I suggest you read some survivor accounts, many have been published. Or perhaps Mans search for meaning by Frankel. It’s not intended to be a survivor account but is to an extent.

If that’s the argument it’s pretty freaking thin. Men are specifically oppressed every day all over the world. In the US the family court system does it, in other countries it’s forced labor camps.

Ask him if the men that were enslaved during slavery or locked in the Holocaust death camps were oppressed

You don't need to lower your standards, you need to not keep this girl on a pedestal. As for the forgetting part, you can't just click a button. That's not how life works. Just go out and keep talking to women, even if they don't measure up to this girl physically, you might be surprised how they do in other ways.

Not different. Your girl gave you an in to discuss her favorite thing, Pokemon... you passed over it and lost her interest. She told you what she was interested in doing, you presented her with a completely different option and she chose to ignore it so she could do what she was interested in. If you had shown some interest in what she wanted to do (Pokemon) she might have warmed up to you. Probably too late now.

I'm just saying that this guy converted on the same scenario where you didn't. https://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/4s653v/f_closed_a_girl_thanks_to_pok%C3%A9mon_go/

You missed your chance to tell her that there was a squirtle in your room that she needed to come catch.

I don't really consider a 60% drop off in the response to number conversion a good thing. Just getting a response isn't good enough, getting responses that are from genuine interest... that's what you're after. Telling a girl that she looks like trouble is nothing new, they've certainly heard it before. While a large number may respond to this, they probably aren't going to be very invested in the conversation... which is why you're seeing a 60% drop off in the number conversion game.

With that low of a return and the mixed responses you're getting, I wouldn't think that it had anything to do with the way you're using the word 'trouble'. Most likely this is just the handful of women that would have responded to you if you'd said anything that they didn't deem vulgar/creepy.

You should find someone that's more responsive.

Thing is, I've had really good luck with tinder.

Got it. Ok. This girl is just taking her time. She openly stated that she didn't want to be used for sex. If that's your only goal, you should probably find someone else. If you want to be with this girl, she's showing you that you're going to have to work for it. Put the time in, develop a relationship and she'll be yours.

You're overthinking this. Don't focus on if that should have been you. You're on a date with her because she likes you. Keep relating to her, keep pursuing her and definitely try to connect with her physically.

Nope, there's no workaround for this. If a girl needs to find her friends at the end of the night, and you're looking to go home with someone, you've either chosen the wrong girl to invest your time in or failed to build an immediate sexual interest. Just walk away and move on to the next girl.

If there were a silver bullet opener, this wouldn't be it.

It's LA!!! Walk out your front door and there are hot women! If you're tired of meeting club chicks, change what you're doing. Start talking to people that are out hiking Runyon.

I do pretty well. I've dated a few 23F. Currently am actually. There will always be a certain percentage of women that don't consider me as an option because of my age, which makes online dating numbers a little lower. If you take care of yourself and look a little younger, as I do, meeting younger women isn't generally an issue.

If going out solo negates your vibe, it just means that you're not comfortable without a safety net. Keep going out solo. Keep failing. Most of all, keep adapting your approach. If approaching large groups of girls isn't working, start chatting up groups of two. Just keep trying things until you find the thing that works for you without a safety net.

She didn't want to go to the movie on that particular day, she probably still has interest in you but you need to pick better date activities.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
