Holy shit. This is the exact situation I was in this morning with my LTR. It was about her being upset at the fact that she asked me to push her to be accountable for certain things (going to the gym, getting up early, learning a new language). They are things she wants to do but she always has an excuse when she doesn't do it. "I'm tired", "My arm hurts" (because her arm hurts she can't go running or do leg day?), "I didn't sleep well", "I want to workout 3 times a week but my body just hates i…

Phew, this article made me feel much better. I love my LTR. She's great and it looks like there is no sign of slowing down. But every once in awhile I feel like; "It wouldn't be terrible to get up and go find someone new". Nothing is forever and you don't want to hand over your balls in a box to someone. Thanks for the post.

I have often thought the same thing about Trump in this election. He is so forward and honest while maintaining his frame. You can't help but be in awe of how easy he's making it look to be nominated for the President of the United States of America. I think the most telling aspect is when he called out Fiorina everyone thought he went too far. When he attacks Hillary, they say he goes too far. But last night he absolutely killed it with the female vote. Women have no problem knocking each other…

Funny, now that I think about it, I actually cook dinner most of the nights. She'll help clean and organize my room sometimes, or she'll critique how it needs to be organized (when it's perfectly clean).

When we first started dating we met in law school. She eventually was dismissed for academic reasons while I continued on as an Honor Roll student. But back then she seemed to have so much drive and fire. She wanted to do great things like write legislation to improve Pre-K education. She was an inspiring person, but it hasn't been the same since she left school. After she left law school she slowly started to decline. She got a couple part time jobs to pay for her apartment, but her goals have …

Good thing we don't live together. So that won't be messy.

When I heard that statement, the first thing I thought was "That's a hell of a way to cop out of everything I just called you out on" I wonder if the script was flipped would it be the same sentiment. Then I realized she dumped her last boyfriend before me because he had a low paying job, no drive, no ambition, and was happy being a BB in a middle class job.

That's something I actually told her. I explained to her it was something that is very competitive and hard to get into, so there's a likelihood as good as I am, it may not happen. She refuses to believe it and just keeps talking about all the benefits.

Good for you man. I myself just got into an LTR a couple months back and by implementing TRP it's been the best relationship of my life. I don't take shit, I get sex whenever I want it, she treats me like a king, and thanks me for being such an amazing boyfriend. She even said to me last night, "How come no one has snatched you up yet?" TRP is more than just banging girl after girl. This isn't PUA shit, this is real life, find your balls, and act like a man shit. I like to believe we are slowly …

Great post sir. You always see the most social of butterflies always seem to be adding to people's lives not trying to gain something. They do it because they genuinely love to interact with people.

I think you're missing the point of my rant. I don't care people get sex changes, but do we have to make it a freaking spectacle? Let me live my life and stop shoving it in my face. What you do in private is completely your business, just don't make it my business.

Believe me I don't keep up with "popular media". The most TV I watch is baseball or HBO, but that's about it. Rest of my time is spent reading and working on my own stuff, but sometimes something comes screaming through that is hard to ignore.

So funny that you posted about this. I am a fanatic about good sleep. I'm in law school right now and I might be one of the few students who understand that you do better in school when you get a full 8 hours of quality sleep. You need your brain to shut down and compress all you learned for better recall later on. If you don't it will be harder to remember those endless amounts of rules. My only problem right now is I am struggling with snoring. I can feel my throat is super dry from mouth brea…

Start conversation with anybody. Get to know where they're front, what teams they like, stuff like that. All the while keeping in mind your goals and ambitions. Any hint of something remotely close to your ambitions make note of it. You don't have to be best friends after one conversation, but starting the flow of dialogue will help you down the road when you need something from them.

Your first problem is you are not identifying the benefit of everybody you meet. Everybody you meet, no matter how big or small, has a benefit. Just because you are high value, doesn't mean everyone else is no value. A good example is this kid I knew in law school. Very low value, out of shape, awkward, and generally a wall flower. I still got to know him through casual conversation. Sure enough, the kid was a brilliant student. He helped me through some tough writing assignments and helped me p…

But a social experiment of this magnitude shouldn't start in our most private of spaces. This is a public restroom, I understand you have the right to use the bathroom or not, but if I choose to use the bathroom there should be a certain amount of comfort and privacy afforded to those who use it. This is not a case of "Free the Nipple" or any other sort of crusade to break down the social stigmas of men's and women's bodies. This is about the basic decency of society and feeling comfortable in p…

My thoughts were if you wanted to be truly gender neutral, then you would do it in the women's bathroom (more availability of stalls plus privacy). Using a urinal as a trans gender seems to defeat the purpose.

I honestly didn't even know there was a transgender population at my school. It's not a large school (700 people), and I seem to know everyone from working in the library.

Yes, the women's bathroom is right across the hall. Still just a women's bathroom.

Good point, however like most government, people are involved in different committees with their own agendas which they need to accomplish. They usually brought it up in the last 2 minutes of meetings right before every got up to head to class.

My thoughts as well. I originally thought they had plans to make a single use bathroom into gender neutral as a sign of acceptance and what not. But to take over the men's bathroom is pretty bold.

I was actually thinking about this subject this morning and was going to post something similar. My post was going to talk about how this girl I'm dating now fully understands the balance. If I cook dinner, she cleans the dishes. A lot of times we'll split the ingredients for dinner. When we go out it's usually a round style, as in I got this round you get next round. She'll often treat me sometimes as well when she knows I'm having a rough day and take me out somewhere. It's great when you find…

I began reading this sub-reddit back in September and since then have started slowly implementing the lessons taught on here. I will admit I've slipped a couple times but it takes time. But the most valuable lesson I have learned from this sub-reddit is the idea that it's about what you value, not what others value. In a way I have learned to be more selfish. I take a look at everything I do and start to measure it's value TO ME. Not what other people think the value is to me. Those things inclu…

This post reminds me of something I always wondered about in regards to the character Charlie Harper from Two and Half Men. I always wondered if Charlie was such a player with money and an awesome house, why did he buy hookers? Because he could and it was fun. It's as simple as that.

That's a scenario I was definitely considering. She might be vetting me to make sure she has a place to land when her long distance thing just doesn't work out anymore. Right now she's fine with all my plates because none of them have turned into anything more than just casual flings. I wonder how it will change when I'm suddenly off the market.

I've gone back and forth on this subject myself and I'm still figuring out where I land. I tried the whole no fap thing and I found instead of all the "super power" like qualities that they claim happen, I just found myself listless and sort of dull. Now I agree spanking it to porn everyday is bad, because you do become sensitized to it. Mix in a little porn and a little imagination. Sometimes you do need a little visual help to get things going. I just think from a biological standpoint the rel…

I think I'm just more curious about how to analyze the situation from a RP standpoint. Of course I would fuck her, but I'm not actively trying. Like I said I have a couple other plates I'm spinning right now. When she told me she had a boyfriend I lost interest because I just don't screw with those situations. Also the reason why I haven't made a move. It's more like she keeps coming around even though I'm not pursuing which makes me curious as to why she's acting this way.

I see this principle every day. I'm currently in law school right now and the common conception is that if you're not stressing out and pulling your hair out, you're not doing it right. Me on the other hand, I get up early, get a lot of my school work done early in the morning, and I have my nights completely free. However, a lot of people aren't getting up at 5:30 to get to the library first thing in the morning so no one sees me going in. Yet when people hear I have free time at night to go gr…

Old thread but wanted to comment anyway. I just rescued a 3 year old black lab last week. He's a sweet dog with a friendly disposition but he still needed to be trained in a couple areas. I talked to my brother in law who trained his purebred German Shepherd and he told me verbatim the trick to training any dog is "to establish yourself as the Alpha". This means the dog doesn't control the situation, you do. Untrained dogs are bad because when they act up, their owners also act up and react. Bas…

I've been noticing this more and more, women who cock block and don't go after the cock they are essentially blocking. This has happened to me a number of times. Girls just want you not be able to fuck someone else, not necessarily fuck them. It's purely a power play. That's why going against her and fucking her friends will probably drive her crazy.

If you've ever read 48 Laws of Power, there's a chapter about how you don't actively go after your leader. You simply just let them continue what they're doing and you quietly keep building rapport with the group as a leader. When he seems to start losing control and faltering, at that point you take the proverbial alpha throne from him. Outright going after him makes you look manipulative and deceitful. It's a bit of a long term strategy but you'll notice people will gravitate more towards you …

I started 5x5 a little over a month ago. I used to avoid squats because I had bad lower back since I was little (something wrong with my spine). Now I love squats. Increased my squat weight from 120 to 205 in a little over a month. Plus the added benefit, I've never felt better, or looked better. Fat just seems to melt off and you're left with a strong chiseled all around physique. Old school is my new thing.

Thank you for your reply SgtTrp. It may be true I'm not as high value as I think, but I would say I'm of higher value than the AFC. Gotta have that confidence when it comes to RP right? I guess why it's hard for me to communicate what I need help with is because I am new to this and don't really know what I'm asking for, but also in all honesty I'm just lost at the mystery of what happens. I have girls tell me "Oh this girl is totally into you", I engage, and then it sort of dies out. So maybe I…

Sure, nothing out of the ordinary, definitely not RP game yet. Usually when I start talking to the girl, I don't try to seem too excited, just friendly and keep it short. When I get their number I will wait a little bit and then text them a random question about school or something. Little convos, try to keep it short and sweet. I also won't text them all the time. If they don't respond to an open ended text, I'll wait until they text me back. I don't like to keep texting. I read somewhere keep …
