That's what upsets me the most from the people in the comments. I don't understand the double standard and blatant hipocrisy.

It will bite her in the ass when she retires, my grandma dies and wil grow old alone in that 2 story house.

All the childfree women I know are basement dwellers working as wage slaves, not exactly a spectacular life if you ask me.

It is my business that she choose this path, because my family has become ridiculously small. There's been more adults than children in my family, which has affected my development in some way. I don't have much experience with taking care of a child because of the lack of young relatives around me. I don't have any respect for her as a woman and as a human being. She comes across as very religious and spiritual when in reality, her actions went against everything the bible and any other religio…

Unwanted children are a result of promiscuous, irresponsible drug addicted women. Why do you think children from adoption centers are usually messed up?

As engineers or any other STEM professionals tend to be.

I'm just astounded that she skipped motherhood when her life clearly didn't improve nor did she ever bother to do something truly exceptional that could somehow justify it. Why should I be jealous of a loser? She's a living lesson of how to be an epic fail at life.

Well, she was dumb enough to forego motherhood thinking that her life would be better, now look at where she is right now.

I have a good glimpse at her life just by staying at my grandma's house for long periods of time and let me tell you, it's depressing as fuck. She veeeery rarely meets up with friends and colleagues, spends a big chunk of her time doing her nails and hair, and scrolls through Instagram or watches television. It makes you wonder if her decision to forego motherhood was really worth it.

I don't need to ask her about it, I have stayed at my grandma's house for over 2 weeks and already have a good glimpse at her life. Like I've mentioned before, she has nothing going on for her, is a complete slob and a burden in that 2 storyline house when not working. I feel sorry for my grandma for having a failure of a daughter.

When you notice that your family is 3 times smaller than your parents' family and have way less people to rely on, your relatives' decision to have 1-2 children or skip them all together becomes your business.

When you witness it in real life, especially with people close to you, it is more horrifying. My point is exactly that, skipping having a family brings nothing good.

They never lived together in all those 10+ years. It seemed more like a FWB situation than an actual romantic relationship.

Having children is important for keeping the family bloodline and society to function.

So we should give a big fuck you to our parents and ancestors who brought us to existence and made sacrifices so we could live well?

Keeping on the bloodline is every member of the family's duty, otherwise we will go extinct.

To think really, really hard about their life choices and its' consequences because they won't reverse it, especially if they don't want to have kids.

I know too many women close to me who is just like my aunt. When you see a significant group of people having the same behavioral patterns, it's impossible not to be worried. Plus, it has affected me directly. The size of my family shrank dramatically because of her and other relatives' decisions. I have very few people to rely on now.

Most people travel once or twice in their lifetime, which she did. It's not like she makes a lot of money, as a matter of fact she has asked me for a loan to help my grandma with the groceries, house cleaning, etc. I didn't made this post to mock her, but to teach people about the repercussions of not having children.

I made a post about her as a life lesson, not as a mockery.

I don't know what she'll do the moment my grandma passes away, that's what I'm most concerned about.

Her childlessness is forbidden to be discussed within our family, because you know, it's not "anyone's business".

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
