That's a good point about comfort, and I would agree that sense of familiarity can be induced really quickly. You're able to easily create a sense in other people like "Oh wow I feel very comfortable speaking with this person in a very limited amount of time." Well, I think the point that person is trying to make is that a level of comfort, and knowing what someone is like over an extended period of time, is one of the pre-requisites for her (or him, not sure) to want to have sex with someone. That whatever attraction they might have for someone after just meeting them isn't sufficient for them to have sex.
