You do realize it's one of the hardest cases to determine, so either way the verdict goes, there's often substantial doubt. Many men are falsely accused, and many men get away with legitimate rape. You'd happily execute the losing party, every time?
You should probably divorce, but I hope you can do it amicably. Divorce lawyers are the worst people on earth and if you have money, they will drain your assets by pretending to fight for you (they will, but it'll cost you dearly). During a divorce you're in a vulnerable position and the lawyers, like the vultures they are, will take advantage of this. If you can sit down and come to an agreement with your wife, this would be preferable. If not, good luck with the lawyers.
