5	Zelenski signed new laws that would make younger men eligible for the draft. So what's supposed to happen in countries where conscription is used? A professional army that is so small that it's possible to invade the country? Of course it would be nice that there were no wars in the world and every country could have just a small army, but that's not realistic. Countries need to have big armies to deter other nations from invading them.
