I am so happy for you!!!! I am also so relieved. I just turned 27 and my man is 38 and I've been thinking we would have kids before I'm 30. I've read differing opinions about men's fertility after 40 so this is music to my ears! ​ I've never been pregnant, so I can't offer much except a congrats and good luck!

Absolutely! Here. My only advice: use more herbs and at least 4 teaspoons of balsamic, if not more. Also, the blanching of the garlic ought not to be skipped. ​ Pic of mine.

Thanksgiving I always make a balsamic caramelized garlic tart with goat cheese and lots of herbs using phyllo dough. Used the leftover dough to make mini pumpkin pie tarts with maple pecan praline on top since the untraditional crust wouldn’t have been as hearty. Last night I made Tuscan White Bean and Kale soup from scratch with some added Italian sausage and homemade sour dough. Sangiovese is a great pairing for this. For breakfast, had homemade bread with garlic, red peppers, and Asiago Tonig…
