Are you budgeting and tracking where your money is flowing. Do you have automatic savings set up or a brokerage account set up automatically pulling a fixed amount per month into these accounts for you to invest? You have to focus energy and attention on your money if you want to develop wealth over the long term. It takes self discipline and practice but you must track these things and have a plan. What are your financial goals and work backwards from there.

I have always constantly had this sort of feeling. Not directly being walked over, but I lacked self-respect. I work out religiously, but I had a revelation I truly dont believe if push came to shove I could defend my physically. I am above avg strength and have impressive numbers in the gym, but all that muscle is truly layering an inner self consciousness that I would need to rely on others to protect me. Coming from a pretty shelter lifestyle where my parents made most of the decisions for me…

Positives: -Went to the gym 6 days in a row. Lifted 4 out of the 6. I recently read a pretty good book. It’s called “feel the fear and do it anyways” the title is self explainatory about what the book is about. A particular part of the book stuck with me, where it talks about creating the “what if” scenario in your head and the chatterbox starts going off. To combat this and develop your self confidence they recommend saying “so what I can handle it” in response to the chatterbox.
