It would be great if you added a download button, to get a pdf/epub of the compiled book with one click for offline reading.

I had a similar issue to yours so let me tell you what helped. Issue isnt masturbation, it is solely porn. If you cut that out for a few months you will reset your brain to enjoy vanilla women. Also its important to explore secondary factors too, so start kegel exercises and regularly do cardio. And finally there is also the mental factor and nervousness. So if you can arrange it, take half a cialis the first time you are with a girl, just to take the edge off. Cut out any recreational drugs, sm…

I will add a slight variation on this. My opener is always something I noticed on their photo (girls rarely write a proper bio). On day one, I just try to do a short interesting conversation and then ask their number so we can continue the talk on call. That vets most girls, who were non serious and just using the app for attention. When I get the number, I call them the next day. Many girls bail on the call, so its my 2nd filter to root out non-serious women. We talk for around 15 mins just to …

If it makes you feel better than go ahead tell her your reason, but then keep a strong mind that you are closing this chapter forever. It is not good for your emotional health to be after someone like this. And then be very clear that you like her but since she has a bf, you cannot be someones second choice. Regardless of the time you spent knowing her, you are still just another beta orbiter for her (judging from her replies). Personally though, I have female friends too, and if they take more …

There is no way to end this shit in anyway other than just walking away. Delete her number and all social media contacts. You are absolutely low priority for her, and shes just keeping you around to either to make her bf jealous or to have a very vague backup. Either way its pathetic, so cut your losses and run. Remember mixed signals always always mean NO. No girl on earth is that busy that she takes 3 days to reply. Trust me, she will never meet you, and even if she does it will be pointless a…

If you live in a city and climate which allows it. A swimming pool/water park date is a good idea.

Its a good list but its too long, and I suggest that its better to read 2-3 best books on the topic and move on. Rather than trudge through repetition. For health I suggest just skipping books and going straight to the gym, using the free r/fitness guides like 5/3/1. For survival, again I suggest you look for some camping/survival courses near where you live because its one of those skills where practical experience outweighs reading about it. If you cant find any, I suggest youtube important sk…

I agree. If only women actually learn how the SMV curve works early in their lives, so they actually commit to the best guy available rather than thinking the good times last forever. It is intensely childish thinking. I live in a country where the average age to marry for women is 21. So you can bet your ass that any girl in her 30s who is still single is going to have some very messed up views and would be kinda too broken to deal with.

There is no such thing as good women, and there are no bad women. Women are just women, and have a completely different set of priorities and thought process compared to a man. You need to realize that a woman will only marry you if she thinks you are the best option she got. Love does not come into the equation. She is genetically predisposed to find a mate who can give her and her offspring the best life and genetics. And she will leave you the moment she feels she can do better. Thats the dea…

Trust me, all women are acutely aware of what they are capable of. You will find very few who will admit to it though. There is no use trying to convince them, its just how they are.

Never underestimate the power of make up. I had an ex who was a TV show host (needless to say it didnt last long). In pictures and on TV she looked perfect, but when I dated her long enough and saw her fully with zero makeup, she barely was a 3. I am not exaggerating, if I saw her on the street like that, I wouldnt look twice. Then once she did her makeup infront of me, and the whole illusion was shattered. Makeup can truly hide every single flaw in your face. More than what most guys imagine. F…

I have actually noticed that girls after 25, start to age pretty fast. You can already see the minor wrinkles, if you ever see them with no makeup. After they cross 30, it becomes abundantly obvious that they are overage. On dating apps, I regularly match with 30 year olds (I am in my late 20s), but I would always pick a 20 year old over them. Its just SMV in action. Also from personal experience I have noticed that girls over 25 start becoming more and more feminist, and misandrist. It isnt alw…

If you are genuinely curious, make a throwaway and post on r/amiugly or some similar sub. And then delete it the image and post once you have your answer.

Yes, 99% of the time it means they ran out of options and you were the back up. It could also mean that they realized their other options were not as good as you, and came back but again that implies you were at the bottom of their list. You should next that person ASAP. Case in point, it happened to me just a few months ago. My gf of 1 year, broke up with me via ghosting and cut off all contact. I literally had to do detective work to figure out the relationship was even over. She left when I w…

This is extremely good advice. Traveling solo is when you really feel alive, and absorb the world around you. And don't just walk around cities and take pictures. Talk to the locals, and random approach everyone. You will find out that most people are friendly and will have interesting stories to tell, so it will demolish your approach anxiety. In cab? Talk to the driver, in a train? Talk to the person sitting next to you, eating alone in a restaurant? approach a friendly looking group and ask f…

Extremely good comment. When OP mentioned his looks, that was my aha! moment. Also the fact that most of his lays were on tinder meaning they liked him based on his profile picture (not any skill from OPs part), and that they were desperate. For an unattractive guy, getting women is an uphill battle despite his level of game and financial status. And improving on himself on a personal level is what the goal should be for every man, as it is more concrete, more in his control, and more long term.…

Tinder and online dating apps in general are heavily biased against minorities (speaking for the US and Western Europe). If you are not white, you will have better luck in real life than online. Asians have it the worst, then black, and then latinos. There were some studies on it.

I used to game around 5 hours a day (competitive multiplayer games), until I stopped cold turkey recently and it made me realize how much of an addiction it had become. I then devoted that time on gym (30 minutes), reading books 2 hours a day, forcing myself to hang out with people for atleast an hour, and spending the rest of the time working online making a bit of cash. Basically changed my life and got me out of depression. My point is that gaming is a waste of time to be honest, you only hav…

I have only read the manual and it helped me a lot. About to start models. Is there a lot of overlap between the two books? And after reading the manual is it worth reading models?

Not an expert but easier situations are when the girl is alone and not distracted by friends/phone etc. for example the bus stop, or sitting alone in a bar. But yes the best time really is anytime. Don't go for easy, or you will miss out too many opportunities.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
