I got banned from r/Pyongyang for saying North Korea sucks, and I've never even been on that sub. They auto-ban anyone, anywhere for saying anything negative about North Korea.

It's like they don't realize the draft was only for the Army, and serving even a two year hitch in the Navy or Air Force or National Guard provides an exemption.

It was abolished in 1973. The Selective Service is a "break glass in case of world war" type of thing, to have a list in case the draft is needed again.

The biggest disappointment was when someone sees Aquaman on the water and says "That's not a man." And it's not followed up by "That's an Aqua Man."

Tech, for instance. I've been a software engineer for coming up on a decade now and I've literally never met another cis woman developer. I've worked with a single person who was MtF trans and know of another who've I've never had the pleasure of working with. Maybe they don't want to be software engineers.

Almost as if "tough on crime" isn't an effective crime prevention method. Except that statistic doesn't take into account the differences from state to state.

Spy was released in spring of 2015, over a year before Ghostbusters. But you should give it a try. Trailers don't really give the whole picture (for example, the trailer for the Super Mario Brothers Movie made it look a lot better than it really is).

Should have shown her Spy, also with Melissa McCarthy made a year prior. It hits some of the same notes (mostly female cast, action film star playing comedic sidekick), but does everything right where Ghostbusters 2016 failed, is an all original story instead of a remake and never tries to push politics or score woke points. And it's fucking hilarious.

And yet Melissa McCarthy's previous film, Spy, where most of the main characters are women and Jason Statham plays a bumbling idiot, was fucking hilarious, because it had competent writing, genuine chemistry and Jason Statham acts like he's starring in a Transporter film.

It's may 10% of guys in the old days would be super aggressive and pushy with women. And back in the day, women stabbed them with hatpins.
