2	Apparently "equality and diversity" means hiring more women - in healthcare which is an already female dominated field Well-educated people generally like to live in liberal, urban areas. As a four-legged vet, you can do a couple of things: you can live out in a rural area and drive 100's of miles a week caring for individual animals, or you can be hired by factory-farms, which can be pretty gross places. Think walking into a building in a hazmat suit and still barely being able to breath over the stench of manure, and prescribing antibiotics by the barrel.
